I had the most wonderful adoption experience here. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I found my perfect match of a cat. You can tell the animals are well cared for. They are in great environments that are huge and maintained. I would 100% recommend anyone to come here if you are looking for a pet.

At first, they were kind. Sweet and helpful. Then, as others came on in, it switched. I went there 2 times. I wrote the 1st as just a bad day. I went there as soon as it opened. As I expressed the animals I was interested in, the lady up front tried saying I live in a trailer park when my fence alone cost 40k. I live in a nice area and was rather taken aback by the comment. Then, after seeing how they handled the dogs. I would rather buy my animals from breeders than rescue from here. It really hurts because I want to care for the ones lost. I want to rescue them, but I refuse to give people like this satisfaction. If I keep being called poor or treated like trash, I'm not going to bother. I was polite, cordial, and humble.

I got a dog from Miranda's Rescue in June of 2021. He is amazing and I love him dearly. He really is a great dog. There was some conflicting information about his age and that seemed unnecessary. They also made every interaction after taking him home as difficult as possible. They refused to answer questions about how long he was there, or anything about his past. I don't regret getting him, but I don't have the best feelings about this place. I really wish I could say something different.

What a great place to adopt a pet. Mike met Mel and they were a perfect couple! He loves her so much already!!! The staff knew what moke needed in a pet and matched him with Mel. She is a great companion!!

Excellent animal care, friendly volunteers! They do so much with limited resources.

You're allowed to come play with kittens and see the dogs or livestock animals who need homes. It's nice to just come by and spend time with cute critters!

A very therapeutic place to visit when you need an animal moment. Their hours aren't too late on weekdays, we only had a half hour before they closed at two, but we still got some good cat time 🙂
