Alex and his team are fantastic! We recently moved to Denver and had a family emergency that required us to travel out of state. We hadn't set up services for our Boston Terrier yet, so we reached out to several providers in the area. Alex was the only one who responded.

He promptly set up a time to meet with us in person and was extremely professional. He had all his ducks in a row—licensing, bonding, and clear communication about both our needs and their expectations, as well as the services they provide. We were extremely impressed.

We then met Deborah, our pet sitter and a valued member of Alex's team. Both Alex and Deborah took the time to meet Betty, our Boston Terrier, so that when we were away, she wouldn’t feel fearful of someone unfamiliar.

Deborah was amazing! She stayed in contact with us, provided regular updates, and took excellent care of Betty. We can't thank them enough! We will definitely be using their services again and will be recommending them to everyone in need.

We had a great experience with Mile High Pet Sitters! From start to finish, Alex was professional, responsive, and incredibly transparent about how the business operates. He went above and beyond to provide peace of mind by sharing the background checks for himself and his employees.

Ken was our cat sitter for the week, and we couldn’t have asked for better care. He was attentive to every detail, ensuring all our cat’s needs were met. The litter box was clean, our cat’s feeding schedule was followed perfectly, and Ken spent plenty of quality time playing with our cat tito to keep him engaged.

We’ll be working with them again in the future. This team is amazing!

Mile High is a great all around pet sitting service. They were able to accommodate watching my cat on somewhat short (~1 week) notice, at reasonable prices. I met both Alex (the owner) and Alicia (my local petsitter) during our meet and greet, and we went through a comprehensive list of what my cat would need while I was away as well as Alex/Alicia's backgrounds. Alicia was an excellent sitter and my cat loved her, and the brief daily report cards gave me peace of mind while I was away. Communication between all parties was excellent. Mile High was worlds' more reputable and higher quality than past big-name services I've used (Rover). I'll recommend them to anyone local to Denver, and will be using their services next time I need a sitter!

Alex did a wonderful job making sure my two kitties were well taken care of while I was away! I was struggling with hiring a pet sitter because it is a big step letting someone take care of your beloved pets and coming into your home, but Alex made sure to visit with me beforehand to make sure he vibed well with my pets and that I was comfortable with him in my home. I appreciate that he provides a clear background check on himself and employees to ensure additional reassurance that your pets and home are in good hands. I have two senior ladies that can require additional work and Alex was very patient and accommodating cleaning up after them and keeping them company. He kept me updated every day on how my girls were doing, no matter how busy his schedule was. I highly recommend Alex, he truly cares about your pets and doing a grade A job!

Highly recommend- from rescued/high anxiety siberian husky parents!! Thank you Mile High Pet Sitters for taking such great care of our furbaby! We literally have not gone on a date night in over a year due to how much our dog has anxiety from being alone, so I was nervous how he would react when we left. Not only are they insured, but the fact that they truly care for our dog's wellbeing and go above and beyond to make sure he's safe and happy, I can't say thank you enough! Alex and Nick, THANK YOU for taking great care of Kylo and can't wait to plan our next outing!

Alex and his team are wonderful. He and Alicia did check ins on our cats while we were out of town. They listened to all instructions and made sure our boys were well taken care of. We have cat with severe food allergies and they ensured he ate his food only (not his brothers). They provided us with updates and pictures daily. We’ve already booked them again for the holidays.
