The trash in our room hadn’t been emptied out before we checked in. There was trash on the carpet right as you walk into the room and random rubber bands in the restroom sink. If they can’t clean something so obvious I can only imagine how dirty everything else is.

The mattresses need replacing. Couldn't find a comfortable spot in either bed in my room, the coil springs were very uncomfortable. No USB ports in the room or easy access to an outlet at the nightstand. Ended up buying an extension cord so I could keep my phone next to me. As a single woman traveler I like to feel safe and having the phone across the room wasn't in cutting it.

Loved Pool,Rooms were comfortable, clean!!!! Breakfast was here as scrambled eggs waffles peanut Butter jelly Butter oatmeal if you prefer oatmeal. Milk and cereal. That took care of one of our meals for the day and coffee galore. We had a refrigerator in our room in the microwave oven, put Shirley cuts down with the expenses when you are traveling.Places to Visit were close,clubs walking distance from the hotel. And plenty of options to eat at. We loved going across the ferry, plenty of gift shops, people were driving little golf carts it was so cool. I love this hotel so many amenities in so many things close.

You get what you pay for here. Bare minimum.
"No pets" on the sign, but there are dog toys behind the counter and a dog barking at random times.
Loud music on a guest's big Bluetooth speaker by the pool.
Breakfast has a few options - eggs, sausage, toast, and waffles.
The 4 tables are hardly enough for all the guests but lives up to the name of "micro"tel.
The AC couldn't keep up keeping the room cool.
The toilet had such low pressure that it could only be flushed every few minutes. I guess they're not fans of courtesy flushes.
A two bed room comes with 2 towels even though the room is for 4 guests.
Tried it once and won't try it again.
If bare minimum is fine for you, this place is great for you.

This place is dated and really needs an interior remodel. The exterior and grounds are sparse, but we'll kept. The interior is worn, look closer, and you can see damage and poor attempts at repairs. They don't seem to have proper bedding, 2 white sheets with a thin blanket in between. I guess they are working with what they have. The rooms are clean, though. Water pressure was very poor, and it took longer than normal to shower. It was reasonably quiet considering there was a 24-hour convenience store next door to half of the rooms. Had an issue with my reservation. The room I booked months in advance was under maintenance. I was not contacted. They ran me to a couple of other choices, the first being a big no. The second they wanted extra. I refused and called my agent, but they made it right before she answered. That shouldn't have gone that far for their mistake. Would I stay again? Only if there are no other options. Like I said it's in desperate need of a remodel. Overall it was OK, but I'll book another place next year.

I just recommend that if anyone needs or wants a frig & microwave in the room, DO NOT BOOK A SIGNAL BED, those rooms don't have one. It does have a signal cup coffee maker. It took a while for the room to cool down. Being on the coast, turning off the a/c in the rooms make it muggy and uncomfortable while waiting for it to cool. Otherwise it was quiet.

Going to stay again. We enjoyed the stay friendly staff, breakfast was good, kid's loved it especially the seat at the window oldest slept there the kid's was fighting for the spot lol it's not far from beach like a 6 min drive it's kind old building just the carpet was kinda turned up over all it was a good experience for a small family vacation
