John was a fantastic worker! He was able to size my husband into his first suit without him needing any alterations. We came in late in the evening despite it being very busy. We got the best customer service from John. He is very knowledgeable and attentive to the full house! And his manager, Winnie, also has great service and she is very professional and friendly! We will be returning to this location.

TJ was very helpful with helping us look for a suit for my fiancé. He was able to call other stores to find a jacket we needed that wasn’t in stock and really appreciated him doing that so we can get it quicker. He really paid attention to detail and to what we were looking for. Great energy!

I had such a great experience at this store! I believe my associate’s name was TJ, and he was extremely sweet and professional. He made the whole process really comfortable, especially since this was my first time getting a suit. We had a great conversation, and he gave me excellent advice that made me feel confident in my choice. I ended up with a rental this time, but I will definitely be coming back to work with him when I’m ready to buy my first suit. My son and I went in today for his first tuxedo fitting. Ofc exciting for me but maybe lame for him. I was taking pictures and making videos and everything. It was fun. The sales rep had a great sense of humor and even indulged in my “mommy shenanigans”. I am not a gatekeeper so I had to come here and share my experience. Our sales representative was John. Go see him!! I promise you will NOT be disappointed.

I walked in and had 1 person ahead of me waiting. I noticed they were busy so I asked the lady in a polite way, where to wait for rentals. She replied there was a line and they’d get to me when they could. I’m next in line anyway. The next person shows up and asked if I’m in line. Yes, we are. The lady finishes up with her customer and proceeds to help the guy behind me. She said she knew that guy was in a rush so she helped him. She finally helps us and has very short answers and not helpful at all. So I wasted my time waiting around just to be given short answers and never offered help or suggestions. Maybe it’s just that lady but she clearly cannot work under pressure, even with everyone being patient.
