I seem to always find what I'm looking for. I prefer Menards much more than Lowe's. I think the people are friendlier. The selection is greater and the prices are better. I don't get to this one very often as it's on the south end of town, but was able to find the cast-iron skillet that I needed andusing my 11% discount coupon cash card was a plus because I walked out the door paying nothing.

Would give 0 if possible.. went to exchange a propane heater for a new one, since the older one wasn’t working properly, me being in a hurry, I accidentally put the hose in the box. Called there today, they said all exchanges from the night before are still there and said they would “look”. They looked for 1 minute, must not have realized I wasn’t on hold cause all they were doing was bs talking. I asked since they have my hose and won’t look for it properly, if they’d give me a new one, exactly like the one of mine they have. It’s crazy how multi-million dollar companies “are there for their customers”. Pathetic! Our company and business will be going elsewhere from now on.

Got to meet the Store manager Barry, what a great guy. Has this stores best interest in mind. He stopped me and inquired as to why I was taking so many pictures. Thought I was the competition. I only shop Menards South. Anyway we worked it out after my Bestie vouched for me. I apologized for scarring people did an about face and rang out all the cool stuff you just can't buy in the little towns and villages to the South East. I always 💘 to meet new people after I've had my meds. I wish I had more 💰. Durt5 out.

Customer service was great as always compared to Lowes. I do wish more employees and customers wore the mask correctly though.

Update: I ordered a couple of things online. It took them 20 minutes to bring my order to me and that's after I called them again. I think they forgot about me. The pick up at store option is not as easy as it sounds. The system is great for larger orders.

I don't like what they did to me today in the store. I suffered unpleasant treatment. I don't know how to express it if it's the right way or not. I suffered from racism or discrimination, I don't know which is correct, something I had never felt before. I came to the store to buy some boards and I also brought two cans of my paint so they could mix them there in the store, and everything was fine until when I went to pay, they scanned the boards and I told them the paint was mine and that I I had brought it just so they could beat it since it had been sitting there for months without use (it should be noted that the paints are not from the store) and the lady who is there to assist the cashiers in case of any problem came up and asked about the paints and I told him that they were mine, well until then everything was fine, but when we left he asked us to return because he needed to be sure that we were not stealing the paintings, and we waited for about 10 minutes when he said that the manager was going to come. to make sure that the paintings were indeed mine and not from the store, because the manager never arrived and the lady after that time told us that we could leave, what an unpleasant moment they put you through just because you are Latin, that Do you not believe someone or is it discrimination? I hope none of this happens to anyone and I hope that someone from the store can see this and work to prevent it from happening again. (the lady's name is SHYANNE

They delivered 70 bags of concrete uncovered in the rain and would not honor a refund when I called them about it. They said I would have to pay them if I wanted it picked up.

That's not how you run a business.
