The facility is beautiful if anyone would keep it up. Staff turnover is horrible, horses are not cared for properly (make sure to get cameras, several times horses were not fed), many maintenance issues (toilets not working, heat not working, wash rack has no water, many lights are out in the arena, swamp coolers are not functional). The feed is moldy, and the staff was informed to “continue feeding” despite several horses having health issues as a result. All outdoor arenas have horrible footing with weeds and rocks over taking them. Doors that are supposed to be automatic are broken leading to the arena. BEWARE!!

This is a fantastic place for horse lessons. My daughter is an intermediate rider, I am a novice, and Alex is a brilliant instructor for us both. Large, clean, safe facility with expert instruction, both riding and ground work. I'd highly recommend to anyone.
