I’ve enjoyed many fun events (barn hunt and scent work) at Matrix. The events are well run and everyone is helpful and friendly. Highly recommend bringing your dog out for some fun here!

It was like trying to do an intro level agility class with Statler and Waldorf. Too much bickering and friction between the two which commonly escalated into stressing out everyone trying to take the class, as well as our dogs. Individually they'd be decent trainers, together the dynamic is all wrong and it sort of turns into a contest of egos.

Can't say enough about this facility or the people that run this place. They are super friendly to newbies and celebrate you and your dog's success. They give helpful tips but are welcoming to getting more involved in the sport. Their events are all ran well, organized, safe and most importantly fun for the dogs. Plus some of the most celebratory titles around. Highly encourage everyone to come check out a barn hunt trial!

I participate in Barn Hunt (led by Jen), Fast CAT (with John) private barn hunt lessons with John, and do agility here with Brent.

Excellent training facility and staff! I have been doing Barn Hunt, Agility and Scent Work classes and events since Matrix Dog opened in 2016. I am also able rent space to practice obedience with my dogs. Highly recommend!

Great place for dog events! The facility is large and spacious and great for a variety of classes and events. I have been to various classes and events here. The parking lot is large enough to accomodate a lot of cars. The only downside is that the space is a little far out of town.

I attended a NADD event here just the other day. As always the NADD Event Staff were fun nice and all around a good time. The photographer was great and the judge was on his game. The MATRIX DOG STAFF was the absolute opposite. The Saturday was unorganized Sunday was even worse. The woman who I'm assuming was the owner was rude dismissive and her behavior was erratic to put it gently. She openly insulted costumers behind their back but in front of other customers. Yelled at not only her husband, but her staff, competitors and people there for "TRY IT" This is not what I expect from a facility hosting a NADD EVENT hopefully it will be there last. Plus my wife's purse was stolen out of the truck while one of our dogs was in it. Not only that but they took 3 pounds of my homemade beef jerky.

I had the worst experience ever with a beginning agility class on Tuesday nights from 6:30 - 7:30pm. I have not tried any other classes here (I won't be going back) but this one was a horrible introduction to agility. The teacher had an assistant working for him who was punitive and actually down right mean. If you and your dog didn't do something right the response was "You didn't do this or why are you looking at me now the dog has the treat and he didn't do it right" I was shocked at the way I was treated. The teacher defended the assistant and basically tried to blame me when I tried to work it out. Totally immature, un professional behavior. I spoke with one other person who felt the same but was sticking it out and could blow off the punitive tone much easier then I was able to. Agility is supposed to be fun!!!!!!! Do not go here!!!!!

I can speak to the beginner agility class. Brant and Henry are great instructors--both for the dogs and the humans. A good time was had by all. Looking forward to intermediate.
