Absolutely wild people who work at the entrance. Unprofessional and stupid. I had to send the loaded trailer and pick up the empty one. I give the number of the empty trailer, and they say it's still loaded. I found out in my company a list of trailers that I could pick up, but they checked only one number and it turned out not to be unloaded yet either. And they refused to check the rest. Although there was no queue at the entrance and my truck was alone. Savages!!!!

If you're bringing in fat, don't bother following the signs. They will send you over to digest for testing. It's a blindside back between two parking lots with a lovely 1ft drop off into mud. Never coming back to such an incompetent receiver.

Dropping hook is very easy there. The only problem that I'm having. It's the 2 young guys that work in the mornings at 630, so whenever I have been through there early in the morning saying, good morning and nothing is said when I'm leaving out. My engine is off the guy hands me, my paperwork, I said, have a great day. And he slams the window that put me in a bad mood. Now you need people, at least safe. Thrive, safe. Have a great day. That would be great, but ever since these guys has been there. I have not once smiled. Say hello, nothing but other than that. Coming there. Dropping hood Here's been great.The two guys give them some lessons

Waiting 10 hours for trailer to get loaded. Apt time at 12 pm its now 10 pm and still waiting. This place is such a joke. The words I wish I could use to describe this place.

Edit: been waiting 24 hours now. Got the load 18 hours later only to have it be over weight and having to be reworked. Dropped off 3 hours ago and still not back into door to get re worked. Do better stop wasting everyone’s time and stop with the whole check back in 2 hours BS and do you freaking job.

Drop trailer for 24 or more hours then check out takes forever. Very slow not recommended unless is only choice to pick up something
Update: if you picking up live load you will be required to drop trailer on their yard and get out somewhere but you can't stay inside the yard at all. They make you leave and then you need to call them every hour to see if trailer get loaded. My friend stays there last week for 5 hours.. Truckers be aware

DONT DELIVER HERE!! -100 stars. Told FCFS, they require appts , bad communication between shifts. My driver has been sitting for 11 hours for delivery.

Guard shack was cool and very customer friendly. Make sure trailer don’t have any holes and clean. Drop in 3rd or 4th role bobtail out and call in 3 hours to see if load is ready. Pick up load and it was over weight twice. Burned out 7 hours on my 14 hour clock. Truck parking is on the corner where that Casey gas station behind the gas station in the dirt lot. Please keep lot clean so we can keep that lot or go 10 minutes away to Loves Travel Center where it is small and always packed.
