We’ve been bringing our dogs here since her Springhill location. We have a young golden doodle and the other is 15, they always leave here looking and smelling great! We never have to worry if they’re being taken care of or mistreated. Even if they’ve got matting in the hair she always does such an amazing job and they always leave happy. I do miss the days of being able to get them in the same week I called to schedule but it just goes to show how many people trust to bring their pets here. Lucky to have found her and couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you!

First off, my dog looked amazing, she did a great job at Bathing/de-shedding him. My dog is already a short coat 60# border collie/pit mix. I took my dog in for a basic package, which on her website includes, " Shampoo + blow out +brush out + nail trim + ear cleaning + perfume- $52". When I dropped my dog off, I asked her to leave his ears alone because he gets ear infections and has medicine in his ears right now, she tried explaining that its just a normal ear cleaner and is safe, I said "I understand please leave his ears dry". I then said that I'm exciting about his brush out because he's hairy, then I left him there only saying ok to the "basic package" noting else was said by her. She didn't text me that he was ready until late afternoon, so my husband had to pick him up, when he got there - he was charged $92!! She added a deep de-shedding extra charge, plus another "convenience fee". If your going to add that much to a bill, it should be explained when I dropped the dog off or even better, a phone call before adding a service! She tried telling my husband who does not have facebook that all the prices are posted on her facebook... This is not fair business and I will not recommend anyone to her unless you just don't care what your charged. It's a bummer because he really did look beautiful, but I can't trust you or what you're going to charge me.

The point here is I never said it was ok to do the "deep de-shedding". I told you I wanted the basic package and that I was excited for him to get brushed. You preformed a service and charged me for it without telling me you were going to do it. I personally appreciate communication and I other people do as well. Hopefully you'll better at this. And adding that you have before/after pictures doesn't change the fact that you did it without permission. I told you that I thought he looked so great now and that you did a great job, I'm not attacking your physical performance, just the way you went about it and still are.

Very impressed with the facilities and the quality of the work they did with our dog. They treated our dog extremely well and made him look great. The lady I visited with when I checked our dog in was attentive to our specific needs and was very friendly and kind. I highly recommend the services here.

Such a great groomer. Have used Makenzie for 3 yrs now. Always there to greet my pup. Turn around time great and my fur baby comes back to me soft,shiny, and clean. Thank you.

I have been using Makenzie and her mom for almost 20 years. Shes one of the best in the business. She loves every dog like her own and gives them the love and attention they deserve. She also doesn’t over book so she allows herself quality time and grooming with all of her pups. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dogs! 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾

I wouldn't recommend this groomer. I went here last year and was so disappointed. She was no up front about pricing. I was never told that after you first visit, the price increases substantially. There were no signs posted in her store and no information online. I should have double checked the price I suppose, but it would have been nice if she was more up front about it. I would highly recommend Mutt Cutts in Fort Scott. It is a family owned business and thr lady who runs it is so sweet. I trust her with my dog and thr place has a better vibe to me. She is super affordable and is only $30. For my dog. She also doesn't charge extra for doing nails and glands.

MaKenzie was so great to work with. It was our rescue pup’s first spa day. MaKenzie was aware she might be timid and worked with her. Makenzie did wonders and we are all amazed how beautiful our pup looks, even a week later. Highly recommend!
