Maj is a genuine dog person. I had a number of long conversations with her before she even met my dog Ginger so I could explain the circumstances which are quite complicated at my end with many comings and goings in my family and my dog is
scared of abandonment, being a rescue. I have faith that working with Maj we will be able to bring out the best in Ginger, help her become more confident, and teach her to make better choices than barking at certain family members.

Was ok at first. Helped with some basic commands - sit, lay down, stay, etc. and leash training.

My biggest frustration is lack of communication. After the first two sessions, she disappeared for several weeks. I had to call, email, and text a handful of times until I finally got a response. She said she had a family emergency and we finally scheduled a third session. I get it and would be willing to excuse a one off emergency as things happen, but this was not an isolated incident.

When trying to schedule the next session, the same thing happened. Numerous calls, texts, and phone calls with no response this time. It’s been two months and still never got back to me.

I prepaid her in cash for 4 sessions to get a discounted rate. Problem is I never got the 4 sessions I paid for (only 3). So, I ended up paying more than I had just paid full price after each one.

She’s fine if you can get a hold of her. However, I wouldn’t recommend if you are looking for more than one session because of the lack of communication and consistency. Definitely don’t prepay like I did - spent $500 and only got 3 sessions instead of the 4 I paid for.
