All of the positive reviews are not exaggerations! I have used Majestic Paws since I adopted my puppy in Lakeview East, and have had only great experiences from the client onboarding to regular (and admittedly last-minute) scheduled walks.

Really good experience with the cat sitting service over the past few years. I have had a few people see my cats such as Chad and Allison and they are all wonderful. Setting up in the beginning was super straightforward and since then I get daily updates with cute photos of the cats

I have been using Majestic Paws for over a year now for my dog and they have been great! Excellent customer service, very responsive and reliable walkers who have been great with my dog. My pup has some anxiety and takes a while to warm up to new people, so it's nice that they can consistently send the same walker.

Majestic Paws is an amazing service! I have a timid toy poodle who gets nervous when people come into the apartment when she’s alone and only lets people she trusts take her leash on/off. Kim in the office has been super helpful with making sure my dog is comfortable and is great at coordinating with my varied schedule. Bill, the OG, an amazing walker. We slowly added a second walker, Nico, who is patient and awesome! So grateful for Majestic Paws!!

I am relatively new to Majestic Paws but both experiences I have had have been GREAT! Tyler sent the cutest pictures of my pup on the dog walk and David was very accommodating pet sitting last minute on a holiday weekend!! Both kept me updated on how my puppy was doing and all that they did during the walk and pet sit. My puppy seems so happy with majestic paws!!

I have used Majestic Paws for about 6 years. Ray, my dog’s walker, is great with my dog, even when she is being difficult due to rain or something. I can tell that he really cares for her, and I trust she is always in good hands with him. He’s the best! I have the same walker every day, which makes everything easier as well. I love the app, which gives me updates with pics, notes, and a map of the walk. It’s very convenient for scheduling. The people on the office side of things have always been responsive to my questions or concerns as well. I highly recommend!
