1 stop shop for anything birds. The staff is the nicest and most knowledgeable about birds. They have anything you can think of for birds. I love coming here to shop for my pets and see all the different birds they have. Every time I come in the staff has been very helpful

We got our first bird here a zebra finch and it was a great experience for my kids. The staff and owner here are so nice and they have so many types of birds and bird supplies of all kinds. I love that they offer used cages as well at cheaper prices and we came back to get a second zebra finch.

I called around 9 am on a Saturday asking for African Grey Parrots. A lady answered telling me they didn’t have any. When I asked if they regularly sell them and if there was any chance they’d have some In the future, she proceeded to yell at me saying “I already told you we don’t have any”. I’m glad I called before coming in this shop because now they will never have my business. If they have this little patience with humans I can’t imagine how they treat those poor animals.

They have lots and lots of species of birds. From common finches to the expensive exotic ones. Yet all are affordable, it's just what you desire. I bet you fall in love with the place! (I did). The staff was very friendly and helpful without the pushy salesman tactic. I give them 5 stars all across the board! Don't take my word for it. Please discover and find out for yourself. Oh, and bring your kids! It's the most fun they'll have for no entry fee or obligation to purchase and it'll educate all of you!

Amazing place! Everyone there is so knowledgeable and they take their time to explain everything you need to know and answer any questions you may have. I've gotten two of my birds there. I just got a parakeet from the nursery and Annalise was outstanding with her help. I don't live close, but the drive is always worth it.

Magnolia Bird Farm at one time was a place that had good customer service and very friendly people. Last month I purchased a bird from the nursery area. The employees are rude and in a hurry. They are in the business to sell birds but yet act like you are causing them problems. The mother/daughter employees have terrible customer service and act like you are inconveniencing them. The daughter of the woman that works as a cashier (not April) in the nursery area was so rude that the other employee was trying to makeup for the this employee's attitude. I don't know if it is ignorance or plain lack the common sense. The woman that works in the nursery that has long dark hair should be fired. I don't know how it is allowed that she have interaction with customers. Customer Service should be the #1 priority yet it doesn't seem to matter anymore. It's too bad because Frank and April are very nice but some of their employees definitely are not helping their business. I'm not the only one that has noticed this. I know other people that go there and it has been noticed by others how customer service has taken a nose dive. Some of the employees seem miserable and it shows in their customer service. I will take my business elsewhere.

Nice people, good selection of bird supplies, free grooming for your birds but you can tip them. They stand behind their products too. I wish the bird toys were less expensive though. I also love the birds.
