I came across Lynchland a couple of years ago and I have never left! I had moved to Denver within the last year and I still choose to keep my horse at Lynchland Stables because I know that I can’t get the quality of care or the quality of facility anywhere else! I enjoy all the boarders and the staff at the barn. The staff that maintains and cares for the horses are very well educated about how to care for horses and very on top of things. It is very apparent that they don’t just welcome anyone on to their team; they all genuinely care about all the horses and keeping their facility in good condition. The arenas are kept up on with quality footing. This facility has everything you could ever need. A jumping arena, regulation dressage arena, cross country field, lesson arena, round pen, and an indoor!!!! My horse is so happy here; as am I. I have my horse in a large paddock that has a large loafing shed where she has a buddy with the same temperament and diet, so they get along so well. They also get daily scheduled turnout with a group of 6 or less horses into a large area with free choice hay. One of my favorite things in the summer is that they have grazing yards up front that are sectioned off, so multiple horses can go out at the same time but they don’t have to be in the same grazing yard. It’s an awesome set up because my horse has the ability to enjoy green grass without having to be supervised by me while grazing. All I have to say are good things about Lynchland and I highly recommend them for boarding or lessons!

Lynchland is a wonderful boarder friendly barn with great horse care and facilities! With two large outdoor rings, a dressage arena, an indoor arena, and a great XC field, there is always a perfect spot to ride without dealing with lots of horse traffic or lessons! Jackie knows how to manage horses to keep them happy and sane-with lots of turn out time in groups, free choice large bales to munch on all day, and plenty of grass time in her personal yard when the weather permits! Love having my horses here and riding with great people!

Lynchland Stables is a fabulous place to be! Best thing is that my horse is really relaxed and happy here. He is a 25 yr old thoroughbred and has always been a bit of a hard keeper. I was really worried he would become even more so when all of his incisors needed to be pulled, but he looks just fabulous! I have a silly habit of tearing up his alfalfa for him because I think he likes it in nest formation and I noticed several of the staff starting doing the same for him, which is adorable, I love the staff. There are too many things that I personally love about Lynchland to list but here's an attempt! There are lots of riding areas: XC field, jump ring, smaller training ring, indoor, dressage ring, round pen - just all of the areas to ride, the horses get turned out everyday, hot wash rack (my horse hates cold baths so this is high on his list!), Jackie, Dale, and staff are often out fixing jumps, painting jumps, mowing, and otherwise maintaining things, Jackie has a habit of finding us fun random jumps for the XC field - want to jump a canoe or a bright red couch? well she has both out there, they refit the stall runs with sand occasionally so they stay nice and soft, it's dog friendly so my canine companions can come out and play too, and finally the boarders are just a wonderful group of people - good for a laugh, a shoulder to cry on, sometimes snacks.. "Team Lynchland" is just a great group and we are just so happy to be a part of it! Oh and one last thing, Jackie's Lynchland Facebook posts are the best mix of informative, hilarious, and absurd that just brightens the day when you are away from the barn!

Place is very run down . Arenas are not well maintained and the footing is dangerous with very deep spots of sand and then hard scraped ground with the next step. Absolute mud pit in the runs, dry lot turn out area and arenas during any rain or snow. No pasture turn out is available unless you stand with your horse in the back outdoor jumping course. Tack room is a garden shed that is 1/4 mile from the indoor arena which is not practical at all for the winter months. Care of the horses is community style so whoever is trying to work off board takes care of your horse that day. People take your things and don't put them back or damage them. Someone obviously used my halter, drug it through the mud and then hung it back up in disgusting shape. Too many trucks, vehicles, trailers, building supplies and junk because they are trying to run some other business at the same property. The only positive for this facility which is why they are rated higher than one star is that generally all of the boarders were friendly.
