My family and I have taken our dogs here in the past and loved this place. Well that changed after today. I took my 9 month old pup here it’s his third time being groomed at this establishment. Each time I’ve been texted to come early - no problem I do the best I can. I specifically made the appointment 10am for Michelle. They said earlier the better cool. Place opens at 8:30am. How are you already complaining about grooming my dog? And you’re complaining in front of your client to your staff like we’re not standing there? Supposedly he was matted (unsure about that) and it would take a bit for his grooming. Okay? I made the appointment early as requested. Anyway we walked out. The condescending attitude was unnecessary. It’s too early in the morning for attitude. Thank you for your past services, we don’t need to comeback here anymore.

This is by far the best grooming our little guy has ever had! In his six years our Bichon Frisé has been made to look like a poodle or other breed. Look at this photo! I can’t even! Thank you to Michele!!! She is indeed a Master Groomer and I was impressed with the documents from the American Kennel Club!

This wonderful grooming establishment always does a great job with my two doggies. This is quite literally the best haircut they have ever gotten in their lives. I fully trust their groomer to clean them up and give them whichever haircut is best for them. She always does a wonderful job. My doggies are always happy and energetic when I get them back. Everything being done to the doggies can be seen right from the lobby, which also has a multitude of healthy dog treats and food, as well as cute clothing. I absolutely love the hairstyle that was chosen for them this time around. Best grooming in town by far. They even gave my doggies little pigtails and bow ties.

I woke up this morning just horrified because I can’t believe my pup looks like this after his first time at the groomers. This is Leo my mini Aussie shepherd who like most aussies has a double coat of fur. When I got there, I made sure to let the front desk lady know that I am concerned about his white coat underneath and that I do not want him to look like a white dog but to have enough cut to where he won’t have to be so hot in the summer time. I also believed that if they cut it too short his hair won’t grow back the same. They told me don’t worry it will grow back the same. They were also aware that this was his first time and we wouldn’t know how he reacted to groomers. After dropping him off, I got a text that he was trying to bite and that they cut him short and he’s ready for pickup. When I picked him up I found him completely shaved. And a choppy shave at that. I called to express how upset I was that they completely disregarded what I said. I also paid for a teeth cleaning that was never done. His ears were not cleaned and the front of his face was not trimmed either. It just looked like they gave up and completely shaved him after him being a little rough. I spoke with one of the groomers and she explained he was not cooperating which I understand the safety part of it. It still does not excuse that they completely shaved him without my permission. She offered to cut him again but I am too afraid to bring him back there or to go to any groomer at that. Truly upsetting and I still paid full price for this. They did not offer a refund.

This establishment is so amazing.
The environment is very friendly not just for pets but anyone. The hoody is through the roof. Not to mention how clean and sanitizes the spa is. Now onto the grooming..
Not only did Michelle meet my expectation of the cut I wanted for my pup, but she also added her special spice on it which made it 1000 times better than what I wanted.
I came all the way from Georgia and was not leaving until she blessed my baby with her charm and she o we exceeded on every level.
The staff were amazing and I would recommend anyone to bring their fur baby here.

Took my doggies here after their groomer for nearly ten years closed down again. It was an easy, quick process, I was in and out. Their groom didn’t take more than an hour and half. I’m so happy to say they did an astounding job. They kept my doggies fur long and healthy, did everything just as asked. I’m so happy with how they came out. They look so cute and they even gave them the cutest little bow ties. I’ve never seen them so happy after a groom. They took a nice long nap afterward, and they smell amazing. I will be coming here again.

Had to take my dog Benji to get a cut. He's picking about where he goes but Michelle and her crew were dog friendly and careful with him! The place was very clean 🫧🪥🫧 and I had talked to a few other customers and they were happy with there experience as well. Very professional and Good location easy to find I parked around the corner just to get alittle dog 🐶 walk in didn't want Benji lighting the place up with pee 😂. She also sold dog products good business you have a new customer thank you and see you soon! ✌🏾✊🏾
