We put our 6 month old male puppy in Lucky Dog training. We chose a 4 hour, 5 days a week, 4 week program. He has learned all of the commands. We still work with him for 5-10 minutes most days. I enjoy that time as does our dog.
Lucky training took our strong willed and very energetic pup and made him much more manageable and cooperative. He is still energetic and strong willed but he understands what we want from him and we’ve learned how to be consistent in our commands. He really does listen now.
We highly recommend Lucky Dog Training. Marko and Gary picked up and dropped off our dog every day which made the program so easy on us.
I love all dogs but a well behaved dog is happier and more enjoyable to be around.

We hired Marko to help with our 3-year-old whippet who we recently adopted. He was a heavy leash puller (strong little fella) and was aggressive towards the large dogs in our neighborhood. Marko had him retrained in no time, then he worked with us to ensure we could replicate the results at home. Marko listened carefully to our needs and was very easy to work with. My rescue dog Emma and I have been together for about 9 months and have been working with Marko from Lucky Dog Training for about six months now in private training sessions.
Marko is an absolute natural when it comes to training dogs and their people.
His instruction is very clear and percise but he also makes sure everyone is having fun.
Before Emma came to live with us she was in a shelter and scheduled to be euthanized. A rescue pulled her from the shelter and Emma ended up spending 8 weeks in a maximum security prison being "trained" by prisoners. After that she was shuffled from foster home to foster home. Marko and I are quite sure that this is where many of her issues came from.
With Markos guidance (and Emma and I doing our homework), Emma has transformed from being very scared, unpredictable and reactive dog to blossoming into a sweet, confident and friendly companion.

I called Lucky Dog Training after 4 sleepless nights with a newly acquired Golden Shepherd mix. Marko offered short term solutions and agreed to start training her immediately so I could get some sleep! We handed over a lovable but unruly pup to Marko. When her basic training was completed, Aine was still our lovable pup with a lot of important new skills. Marko stresses that the importance of training is to help dog live comfortably with owner. Now we are! I highly recommend Marko for his skill set and flexibility with owners!

The BEST! Marko is a kind, gentle, knowledgeable trainer that totally understands dog behavior and needs. We sent our 9 month golden retriever Marko and he returned with all the skills needed to be a perfectly trained pup. Being well trained helps us be better dog owners. I adore Marko! He did amazing things with my boy Beasley. I was concerned doing another board and train since I had a bad experience with my previous dog years ago at another kennel but Marko was kind thoughtful and really put my mind as ease.I loved that my big boy was able to stay at his home with him an not just locked up. Beasley is a very big Saintadoodle who thinks he runs the place an is a lap dog he was out of control an now I can take him to lunch me, my nine year old is able to take him on walks. What I love the most is I got the same loving dog back just with manners he didn’t break Beasley’s spirit and that is amazing to me. So from the bottom of mine, Oliver an Beasleys heart THANK YOU!!!!!!!

Marco is a great trainer of dogs and their owners! We had a lot to learn with our new Cairn Terrier puppy Fergus and Marco guided us through a successful training regimen. Our strong willed little guy now walks with us under control and responds to all of our commands. We will use Marco again when we return next year.
