Ruthie is the sweetest of sweets! Nevermind these weird 1 star reviews. Ruthie is the most kind hearted and loving person. I've tried a few groomers and none have been as professional and as nurturing as Ruthie. She is like the dog whisperer! She really goes out of her way for - us - her clients. We have been going to her for years. She takes such GREAT care of my baby Roxy. Thank you Ruthie and Matt! Love you guys!

I cannot say enough about Ruthie and her husband! Their business name sayes it all # LOVING….. They are very sweet people and show you they really take pride in their work and truely care about animals. Loving Touch was a referral to me from my moms neighbor and I couldn’t be more happier with the results after my Toby was groomed by them. Toby was 8 months old and it was his first time ever getting groomed. I was little nervous about it all wondering how Toby was going to react to it. Ruthie took the time sending me pics during the process also letting me know he was doing just fine. She really made me feel completely comfortable and at ease!!! He was a little matted in some spots so she took the extra time to hand cut him instead of using clippers that could make him nervous and possibly could pull his hair giving him a bad first time experience. If you truly love your pet like we do please give her a call you definitely will not be disappointed… If I could give her more than 5 stars I for sure would!!!!!

We’ve used Ruthies grooming services going on 5 years for our 14 yo Bichon George. She is very loving towards him even as he gets more difficult to groom with his age. George always looks great and I appreciate her true concern toward his health and for giving us helpful suggestions. Best of all George loves her right back!

We love having Ruthie groom our dogs. She is so wonderful with them. She takes her time so they get used to her and does an excellent job. We have been using her for 3 years. We found her when we adopted our second dog who had been through so much and was very scared. Ruthie was the perfect person and we wouldn’t trust anyone else with our dogs.

1st time with Ruthie and Matt at Loving Touch my Sadie is a rescue afraid of everything and everyone. Ruthie took the time to come in and socialize with her I noticed right away her compassion and caring. She texted me when going into tub and videoed me her blow dry and shave knowing I was nervous. We are so lucky to find Ruthie! Our recent rescue pup came from a hoarding situation of over 30 dogs and is very fearful of people. We have not been able to brush her at all because of her being so skittish. After talking to Ruthie on the phone before our appointment we knew this was the best fit for our Poppy. We’re pretty sure our pup had never been groomed before and had severe matting to her legs, chest, and neck. Words can not describe the total transformation. Within a few minutes of being done Poppy was smiling and wagging her tail. Ruthie is so patient and loving to the pups and knows her trade. We would recommend Ruthie any day especially for a nervous pup!

Ruthie at Loving Touch has been the groomer for all 3 of our dogs their entire lives (8, 9, & 10 years). She's been able to provide comfort to our dogs who all have a high level of anxiety for these types of things. She's constantly offering suggestions on ways to help with one of our dogs who has bad allergies, and another whose terrorized anytime we leave her side. Her knowledge of proper pet care is remarkable.

We tried a shortcut once, taking the dogs to our local Pet Smart because it's only a few minutes from our house but that didn't go well, the groomer there had to muzzle one of them and couldn't even finish the cut. Lesson learned, well keep on making the 35 minute trek to see Ruthie anytime we need services. The pricing for 3 dogs is incredibly reasonable and they get the full spa treatment when they're there.

10/10 would recommend! There's noone more caring to trust your furry family members with.
