Lovely Pet Spa has saved me MULTIPLE times. They are absolutely incredible with my dogs.

The first one is Sweet Pea, we were getting married and I needed her to just get fluffed and buffed. They were available to take her within a week and she came back so happy. Given her old age, sometimes you can tell she was standing for a while or tousled a little bit when she comes back with a limp for a few days, and alas - She came back with NO limp and was very happy to be there! A girly pop ready for her wedding photo shoot ❤️❤️

Then, this is when they went ABOVE AND BEYOND.

I had a Saint Bernard land in my lap. He was living outside for a few months, old, arthritic, and had no idea what the hell was going on. Frankly, he was filthy and he was in horrible shape. I called them the day before I had to pick him up from my distant family’s house and after verifying his paperwork they said “yes, no problem 8am!” This was a 7 hour job!! He was covered in mats, and just awful. I came to pick him up and truly if he wasn’t 130 pounds I wouldn’t have recognized him. They could have totally taken the easy route with just a big shave and they brushed him out, and took care of his mats and still made him look like a dog!! Even after a full days of HARD work with him, they hugged him goodbye because we’re not sure how long he has got to live given his old age! If it was me I would have said “SEE YA BIG GUY!!”

I am truly so so so grateful for them, although I haven’t given them any reason to love me as a client (quick important turnarounds and a mess of a dog) 😂😂 I truly truly won’t go anywhere else. They are really so wonderful and you can tell they take such pride in their work and love animals dearly.

Excellent cuts and excellent communication system via text! My only complaint is we often cannot tell our dog's nails are cut. Maybe they are being cautious to not trim them to far, I don't know.

Ziggy was cage free with classical music playing before and after his cut.. we will definitely be taking him here from now on. So often there is something big or small that makes us go elsewhere for his grooming, NOT TODAY!!!

At first I thought this dog spa just did really great grooming and my old dog- Tilly was always happy and not traumatized with process.
You know how people say Karma is a mirror of people….. I am a retired RN - so I have experience with the good and bad. In my 75 yrs it’s rare to see true kindness to those we don’t even know - giving when not asked but needed.
Life gives us gifts like these people - rejuvenates our heart with unselfish humans caring for others and our love of our pets.
Cage free and feeling of our 4 leggeds happiness is also free.

We started taking our soft coated wheaten terrier here about 1 year ago. They do a great job with her grooming. I love that the dogs can all walk around before and after their grooms. The staff is really nice and they run an organized business. Fair prices too.

My wife and I have been taking our dogs here for over 3 years and always a great experience every time until now. A change in ownership has occurred and with the new ownership and unexperienced staff not being trained correctly! They didn't even finish the grooming of our dogs and still charged us full price. One has half done and the other looks like they spent 10 mins on. Be aware and take your dogs somewhere else!

They did a nice job grooming but the gentleman who owns the note the shop now is very unpleasant. Bo had always given me a discount because she came from the same spa that I did bark and wash, and she always honored my loyalty etc. now I got scolded because I wasn’t paying enough for my dogs, which I think was very inappropriate in general did not appreciate his unkindness and will not return to his shop
