Been using Love Pet Care for over 10 years and they do a fabulous job of keeping our boys happy! My wife and I each have a cat and Rachel is absolutely fantastic with them, they’re always so content after a trip when Love Pet Care staff has taken care of them, especially Rachel! I recently adopted my two cats, Zinnie and Ginger, about 3 months ago. It is my first time ever being a cat parent, and I had booked a super last minute 3 day trip. I got assigned with Glow, a cat sitter the company says is experienced.

Because I was very nervous leaving my cats alone for the first time ever, I wrote out very detailed notes on their care, food, water, apartment temperature, etc. Maybe I was being annoying with these instructions, so I condensed them into a checklist for Glow to refer to during visits.

During my trip, I was nothing less than anxious and stressed. Glow was not following my written instructions for the apartment temperature -- throughout her visits, she turned on the fan instead of the heater, left one of my cats in the living room without any heat at night, and turned on the heater and closed the door (so the room likely got very warm).

I was very very anxious about my cats' wellbeing and them being comfortable while I was gone. I didn't receive any helpful post-visit notes either, just 3 photos of my cats and a note saying instructions were followed (when they weren't).

Overall, I had an awful experience with this company. Would not recommend to anyone.

I’ve had great experiences working with the love pet care team from scheduling/billing to the compassionate, responsible sitters who watch our pup. I’m a really particular person when it comes to my senior German shepherds care and they provide the high level of service that I need to travel stress free. They leave detailed notes of each visit, reach out when needed for questions and concerns and always treat my pup like family. I’d recommend them 100%

We love Love Pet Care! They have been taking care of our cats for many years now with 100% success. We have been assigned the same pet sitter, Rachel, nearly every time. Our pets know and like her, which helps me feel confident any time we are away. We come home to clean pet areas and a happy kitty. Totally reliable, kind and dedicated, I recommend them wholeheartedly!
