This groomer establishment is amazing with VERY fair pricing. Rachel actually listens to and carries out my crazy ideas. Any other groomer would tell me my saint can't have bows and blue tail. She is so good with my Moo, she always comes home squeeky clean and happy. Plus they are super attentative to special needs like making sure no water gets into her ears due to being prone to ear infections. Plus she lets me know if she notices anything. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Leslie and Rachel do excellent work! Leslie’s has been grooming my Lhasa-Poo for over a year now and Max looks so handsome every time! I love that he’s not put in a kennel when he’s done until I come pick him up. They truly love their fur-clients.

Yesterday Rachel did outstanding job on Charlie, my very old Westie, who is now blind and deaf.
The last 2 years have been very challenging to get Charlie fully groomed although he's been used to it his entire life but his handicaps have made it very difficult. In one instance, he had severe panic attack preventing the grooming from being completed and he ended up ay the local veterinary. After that, i was only able to get him professionally bathed.
We just moved to Idyllwild and i was in desperate need for help with Charlie. Rachel was able to get him as an extra despite being fully booked. I had fully debriefed her about the past problems, and was only hoping for a bath but she did perform a miracle and was able to gently calm Charlie whenever he was anxious, and for the first time in many years, he was fully groomed. I can tell he was so happy, too.
Rachel is extremely professional and has a very kind touch. I also admire her work ethics, staying up very late despite the approaching snow storm. Her pricing is very reasonable and she has now gained another happy customer for life. Thank you so much.

I have just moved to Pine Cove and my Cane Corso Mastiff needed attention. A bath and her nails done. I called and spoke to Rachael. She was accommodating and polite. Same day appointment! I was impressed with her care and love for animals. My dog Izza was comfortable and well taken care of. I recommend this groomer highly. I'll be bringing my dogs there next month and every month after that. See you next month!!

Rachel did a great job with my grumpy, old lady Himalayan! I didnt want her to look like she had been shaved, so she just trimmed her belly and neck short but left everything else long. It is much easier for my kitty to maintain her coat in her old age
