I’m so happy I found this place so close to home. I called to see if they would shave my dogs paw so I can see if she had a foxtail in it and they accommodated me that day even having a full schedule, so I made an appointment for my other doodle to come in the next morning and they were so great, even just hearing how they spoke to pepper made me happy. She did a great job on the grooming, i needed a shave down and teddy bear face and it was perfect! Price is so reasonable compared to other places I’ve gone to. Super happy to now be a customer, I’m a big fan!
I do wish it was in a safer area, but i can deal with that for the service I get!

I asked these people for the bathroom and they refused, they said no, they couldn't lend it to me and I told them that I had to go to the bathroom because I took a heart medicine that made me urinate and they didn't care, they told me no, that they couldn't lend their bathroom to just anyone, apart from that I have friends who have gone with their dogs to wash them and they say that they don't do a good job, they say that they are expensive, they are carreros and they don't do the work that they say they have to do, be careful with this place, it's not trustworthy, they are not people that you can recommend to other people, the work that I do is very bad, I personally have not had anything to do with them but I have friends who have gone and complained about this place, they say that it's useless, that it's better to go to Tijuana to take the dogs than to take them here to these people, with how clear the cashiers are and the bad work that they do, incredible, but these, these are the people that we have here in Riverside, if they don't serve to clean the animals or the dogs then what can you expect from a person like that, that's my humble writing of the cases.

This place is amazing, they where able to accomodate my dog on a shortnotice and they did a great job, Fair prices and my dog looks and smells amazing! Great job with the deshedding and the nail clipping. Will return again1

Loved taking all my pups here! First Round took my terrier and two mini schnauzer. They came home looking like new dogs! The girls here do great work. The best part was seeing how calm my dogs were when I got back to pick them up. They have my business moving forward.

Stephanie, the lady that grooms both of our dogs (Charlie and Chaplin), is one of the kindest people in the world and one excellent groomer! Our family (pups included) would be lost without her! C & C are both getting up there in age (Charlie's nearly 16 yrs old) and are both Cairn Terrier mixes, one Lhasa and one Shih Tsu. Both the kind that can turn into fuzzballs within 6-8 weeks. They both also have skin conditions and cysts that can sometimes break and cause terrible matting of their fur, requiring extra attention and care from a groomer. This is why we feel so lucky to have Stephanie! She's the most patient, kind and careful groomer we ever met. She's reasonably priced, but still goes the extra mile! If you have dogs that need special care and extra attention for certain things, this is THE groomer you want! Makes sure to tip this lady big! She deserves every cent! We've been 100% satisfied every time and just love her!
