Matt has been helping us for about 6 months now with our shelter rescue who is extremely reactive with pretty much anyone or anything but us. He made swift friends with our pup and gave both us and the dog the training we needed to help him have a less stressful life.

We have been able to train him through his reactivity to even make friends with family members (who he can't wait to see now), cruise through Petco or Home Depot with us and be able to ignore the barking dogs on our walks.

Hello! We have been training with Matt since August and let me tell you it has been a blessing! We have a 3-year-old German Shepard mix that had many issues. Loose leash walking was one of our issues. He was always pulling and at times overpowered us, which in turn gave us the anxiety to take him on walks fearing he would hurt someone. Another one of our issues was his aggressiveness towards other animals we had no idea how to control it! I was at a point in giving up on him which deeply saddened us because inside our home he was wonderful and very loving. Matt was very patient and gave us amazing tips to work with him every day. He also emailed us a weekly plan to work on with Dyno at home. Matt also recommended The Freedom leash and harness that was more effective in getting Dyno to loose leash walking. We also thought it was great that he brought his beautiful dog Luke to train with Dyno to get him more social and it worked for our situation! Results aren’t going to happen overnight and it takes a lot of dedication and discipline to see amazing results. Dyno does so much better now and we will be eternally grateful to Matt for all his hard work and knowledge in working with this kind of behavioral problem. Highly recommend!

Matt Chan has helped immensely with training our shelter dog and us. He is patient and gentle with dogs and humans and very knowledgeable. He helped us get a better understanding of how dogs think and react to our actions and the environment. He helped us learn how to walk more comfortably with our dog, Vinny, and how to go in and out of the front door without Vinny pulling us off our feet. Currently we are working on minimal barking when the doorbell is rung.
