Thank you so much Liz , this place is great!! Liz is amazing I was a first time customer and she greeted me very nice and my dog we both felt welcomed. I didn’t have to make a appointment at all it was a walk in and she had my baby smelling so fresh and clean! I hope everything stays the same because I will be back and I’ll be telling my friends to bring there pets there as well. $30 dollars for wash package.

I found a new groomer thank u Liz! I was paying the same for the big box companies but feels better to give it to a small business. Her work and attention to detail is greatly appreciated. I added a photo of her before cuts . I won’t say where but u can definitely see the difference. Thank you Liz rose will definitely be your regular.

Her prices are fair and not overpriced. Always does an awesome job with my 2 dogs. Excellent customer service!!! My dogs love her!!!

Just picked up my dog from here . She had multiple cuts on her body a few of them were bloody and she cut her nail to short it wouldn’t stop bleeding . Her hair cut was uneven as well not what I asked for . HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this place .

I have been here about 3-4 times. Its convenient for me since I live in the area. Most of the time she takes walk ins which is great. Her prices did go up and I do have a complaint. I booked an appointment for a Saturday, she told me 9 am. I get there and the place is closed. I called and no answer. Waited 30 min and nothing. One hr later she returns the call. I am all about professional and punctual. Other than than, he work is decent.

Great Place I'm happy with the way she treats my dog and the way she cuts. My dog's happy all the time.

Apparently, dishonesty is Liz's policy. We spoke over the phone about pricing and agreed on $23 for a bath. When we met in person she lied about having ever said that and claimed I "misunderstood", she said the price for a bath is actually $45. Like how do you make that jump? Liz is also extremely unprofessional. There's a sign-in sheet where you write your pets name, your name, and your cell number. This sheet is 100% pointless. I'm always calling her to check on my pet because she never does. At a 9AM drop-off she told me in 45 minutes my dog would be ready. By 11 o'clock I still hadn't gotten a phone call from Liz. I called and she hadn't done anything for my dog, telling me he'll be ready in 30 minutes. UNBELIEVABLE. Liz doesn't have any official pricing lists either. It's whatever she's feeling like charging you that day I guess. I've been here 4 times now and for the exact same thing. I only get bathing and grooming because when I ask for something specific things get dumb and ridiculous. Visit 1 cost me $100 for 2 dogs. Visit 2 cost $48 for 1 dog. Visit 3 cost $40 for 1 dog. Visit 4 cost $79 for 2 dogs. Jasmin's Pet Store and Grooming is my new pet groomer.

Great service!! Liz is very sweet. We are always satisfied with her service. We've never had a problem. I use to take my dog to another groomer and he would always get an ear infection. Liz makes sure to be careful with his ears. If we are not pleased with something she will fix it to our satisfaction. I truly recommended this place.
