If your pet walks out of here acting like they like the staff more than you, it's because they do.

They pampered my dog, got him clean and handsome, put a bandana around his neck and obviously fed his ego.

The staff are amazing and you get so much more than what you pay for.

A+ from me.

I liked the way my dogs looked, but these folks failed to follow instructions from my vet. My dog should not have her ear hair pulled. The woman who bathed my dog was new and pulled it anyway. That was OK - I understand mistakes happen. Then the dog bather blatantly insisted that my vet was wrong and - get this - said that my dog's hair would grow into her brain if they did not remove it! Now, I would not expect a bather to be a brain surgeon, but it scares me that someone so lacking in critical thinking skills considers themselves more knowledgeable than a veterinarian. She also insisted that my dog has an ear infection, which she does not. I wrote a message to the owner about what happened. The rude response from the owner asked for the contact info for my vet, which they should have already had. When I said I would not bring my dog back to them, the owner replied "For every complaining customer like you, I have hundreds of satisfied customers." And all I wanted them to do was follow doctor's orders. Other problems, very high employee turnover. You get a different groomer every time. The price was reasonable when we started, but increased over the course of a year to be the most expensive in town. It is strange that they sport such an attitude, because the building itself is a dump, and where they groom the dogs is full on ghetto.

Had always good experiences. Until they moved locations. My usual groomer no longer worked there. Had to settle for a student groom. Price was unknown by the receptionist on the phone (Not Wendy)

My good friend had a terrible experience with this place yesterday. They burned her dogs corneas, and cut his ear enough to have to call her to warn her. He had to be taken to the vet for his eyes and there may be permanent damage. A CHILD was bathing him, who then LIED about it twice. I am LIVID. My friend is terribly upset, and I told her if it were me, they would be talking to a lawyer today. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THESE PEOPLE. At the least, they were negligence and irresponsible to allow a kid to be doing this.

Although this is the only dog grooming school in town -if you don’t go through Petco or Petsmart, I suggest looking elsewhere. I went through this program a year ago and stayed on as a groomer after certification . Of the 10 students I met there over the course of a year, 2 felt they were ready to go on and groom in other cities without additional training. Local groomers typically refuse to hire Parlor graduates as there is a feeling held among them that students are unprepared to handle multiple dogs and their technique is poor. If you decide this is the school for you please ask for actual lesson plans , a price breakdown, a tour, and at least 3 references from students who attended the program.

Amazing people they took great care of my puppy. He's almost a year old so he moved around a lot but his hair cut still came out looking so good.

Very rude, very uncomfortable and a 12 year old clipped my dogs nails. Will never go back there.

They do a really good job on poodles and they trained students how to cut the dog's property
