This is not a serious operation despite the price suggesting otherwise.

When you'e a new customer, you have to first figure out how to communicate with them. No one answers the phone or calls back, so you end up trying their email, where you're told to go through a sketchy third-party reservation system. Their website is a wall of text, which is simply word salad and barely informative.

Once you finally book an appointment through the third party, you'll get a call telling you they can't do the time you chose. This has happened to us more than once, and they ask you if a different time work. Sure, no problem. Then, on the day of your appointment, you get a call telling you they can't fit you in for . This has happened to us twice. Don't worry, they'll reschedule again, but nothing is done for your inconvenience.

And then, the day of your actual appointment, they'll call again to ask you to come at a different time. And when your dog has just started their grooming, you get an invoice with your original price plus multiple line items for "Extra DRY" time, as if it was a surprise that your breed needs more time to dry. Their prices are already higher than most, so you'd think they would have this stuff baked into the price.

When you drop off your dog, they give you a pickup time. But ignore it, because they'll call you with a different pickup time later.

Like I said, not a serious operation.

We absolutely love Little Brown Dog. We moved to the Denver area back in September and we were a little worried that we wouldn’t be able to find a groomer that was as great as our groomer in Portland, but Malia has been fantastic! Little Brown Dog has exceeded our expectations in every way. Whenever we take our dog anywhere, we get comments from people saying they love his haircut and that he must have a really talented groomer. We absolutely trust Little Brown Dog with our dog Arne and highly recommend them to anyone I know looking for a trustworthy and skilled groomer.

Little Brown Dog takes such amazing care of their animals and are really talented with the curly hair dogs.

Rachel is amazing!! She has given Annie the best haircut in the 2 years of her life. She took extra extra love and care with Annie who can be a little nervous at the groomer. Annie got so many compliments on her haircut and she smelled amazing for weeks. I will definitely be coming back to Rachel!
