My application was lost I guess, so I didn’t get a response for a very long time, when it was received they fast tracked it and initially were very helpful, but then sent another round of paperwork, and while I was filling it out, rejected my application with no explanation as to why before I could even finish the follow up they sent to turn it in. I emailed again to ask what the problem was but no response. Having payed to get consults for recommendation letter and the application fee itself, I really wish I at least could have gotten some kind of explanation, so I could at least be sure it wasn’t a misunderstanding, or know what the problem is so I can do something about it and find a place better suited to me maybe.

Wish I would had know that I needed a note before I paid the application fee. Obtaining a letter from mental health professionals is not easy diagnose is not sufice.
