We are on a road trip to 12 National Parks and our two 100 pound pups normally so great in the car. Once we got to the hot parks that changed - the two gals inside helped us get hooked up with compression shirts (we left ours at home) and CBD+Calming treats for our pups! So so thankful for this store in the perfect place on our trip!

Best pet store around. The girls there are friendly and knowledgeable and they carry a wide variety of healthy and well maintained animals. Pet food prices are great. They’re also a great place to get your pets nails trimmed though I recommend calling ahead to make sure one of their nail trimming staff members is available.

Ngl the most relaxing place to stop at, I have no idea how much I’ve spent at this place..they have a large variety of aquarium plants, just ask Katelyn about the plants! She knows like everything, and I love how I can special order plants incase they don’t have the ones I’m looking for.

I’ve Been given great advice here, my dogs been dealing with hip and joint issues after an injury and I was recommended a few things and so far they’ve helped her so so much.
I got my black moor goldfish here and hearing how people wanted to put him in a bowl broke my heart so so much, and I’m so happy they aren’t like petco and petsmart and just let animals die for profit. I was told he was there for months, he’s happy and healthy in his 55 gal!

The only thing I think would make a nice addition is little booklets explaining how to properly care for an individual animal. I understand they give advice and it’s always true but having the option to be anti social and read up on an animal is also great! Especially for us socially awkward folks.
10/10 would spend all my money again.

purchased a chinchilla spent $150 the very same day less than four hours later he suddenly passed when I returned the next day to figure out a solution, they said I have to buy a new one and I couldn’t get a discount. Ridiculous.

On 3/26, I came for my puppy's diarrhea issue with my 4year old daughter. It was amazing how there was all hands on deck where the whole entire staff was helping me and also entertaining my toddler. When more customers came, they helped them right away and still one of them was helping me and my daughter at the same time. They went above and beyond and that's what customer service is all about. I will keep continuing coming here for all of my pets needs.

1st time visiting looking for a specific dog food and treats. Unfortunately they're selection was not great but ended up finding a decent substitute. Giving it 4 stars for the lack of selection but 5 stars for service! Kenny helped me over the phone letting me know what bags they had available in the brand I was looking for. Then when I came in he saw I was lugging around my baby in a heavy carrier and offered a small cart to push him around. Then he showed me yo their food selection and carried the bag to the front and out to my car. Running errands with a baby can be hard and I truly appreciate the kindness and great customer service that Kenny provided. All around a great experience and will be coming back!

I really do like the mom and pop business vs corporate. The buy so many bags and your next one is free program is awesome. The self serve dog washing station is pretty amazing because it doesn't kill back like at home.. The star missing is for the fact that they close at 6pm and have gone a few times at 5:30 and they were closed. But things happen.
