Went here for a work purchase, I work for a tax exempt agency. When they pulled up the account the only person on the account was a long retired employee, they said I cannot purchase anything until I’m added to the account. I asked how I could do that, was sent to the back to contractor sales. When I explained my situation, I was told my supervisor needed to add me to the account… I am the supervisor. I explained this, and the “large employee behind the desk” was less than enthusiastic to assist. Begrudgingly I was given the paperwork to fill out, but it was an unfriendly experience, and lacked the customer service the other reviews seem to rave about. My crew tries to support local businesses whenever possible, but maybe we should just prioritize Home Depot. Not the “friendly local store” they advertise.

I'm not sure what's going on inside the store, but at separate areas with different people, my coworker and I dealt with very unhappy employees. They were very rude and unwilling to listen and my cashier actually threw my bag of things down on the counter. I'm really getting sick of the rudeness that has become customer service in the area in general, but the fact it happened not just to me, with a seperate incident with a different employee, is ridiculous.

This is a really nice hardware store. It is well stocked with very helpful employees. We went in for spring plants and were a bit turned off by the supply in the garden center. We thought the prices compared to other stores were pretty high for garden center plants.

My home away from home! This store may be the last of its kind and I'm lucky enough to live by. There is a real wealth of knowledge amongst the staff. They not only are willing to assist in making sure you find everything you need for your next project but truly understand the ends and outs of the projects and can help walk you through them.

This place has been a mainstay for as long as I can remember. The staff is always very friendly, courteous, and professional! If they don't have what you need, they are always helpful in finding or referring you to a place that will. Love this place
