Exceptional professional care with an abundance of kindness and love. Michelle has been taking care of our cat Rosalie this year and we couldn't be happier. Our cat is scared of people and Michelle was so sweet with her that our cat wasn't afraid and warmed right up to Michelle very quickly. Also, our cat requires medications twice a day which Michelle takes care of easily. We receive pictures and updates for each visit which is very reassuring. I appreciate Michelle's services very much and would recommend her to anyone looking for a loving, reliable and professional pet sitter. She is the absolute best!

I can't say enough great things about Michelle and the care she provided for my two dogs. Like many pet owners, my dogs mean the world to me and it takes a lot for me to trust someone with them. Michelle did an awesome job taking care of my three dogs. They had never been cared for by anyone but family and she gave them tons of love and made them feel comfortable with her. I received pictures and updates on them twice a day which gave me peace of mind. I could tell they were so happy with her. She also took time to water my plants and pick up my newspaper. I highly recommend Michelle as a pet sitter and I plan on using her again to take care of my pups in the future. She is great!

Michelle is extremely reliable pet sitter - I cannot recommend her service enough! Our cats are disabled so I'm always worried to leave the house for longer periods of time. However this time was different. Right off the bat when we first met her we got an excellent first impression. She is very warm and friendly and was great with our cats! When we came back home our pets were happy and well taken care of. We arrived home to a spotlessly clean house and relaxed fur babies
During our time away she sent us photos of our babies having fun which was really nice ?

Michelle visited our home daily during the work week and when we ever took vacations to care for our three large pups, two Saint Bernards and one Bernese Mountain/Husky. They absolutely adored her and it was easy to see how much she genuinely loved them. Having rescues, one of our dogs did not trust visitors and would hide. Michelle was so patient with her, to the point that our skittish dog trusted her and would be excited to see her (that was huge!). Michelle also went above and beyond what was expected, even bringing them special treats for birthdays or Christmas. Her photos/videos and updates she shared of our pups during her visits always gave us such a piece of mind knowing they were in such great hands. We recently moved and miss her so much!
There are not many people we’d trust with our fur-kids. She is one of a kind and the best of the best.

My cat loves Michelle!

In 2021 I had a newly adopted young kitty that had been semi-feral. I needed a sitter so I could leave town for a few days. I was very hesitant to leave my cat, as she was still not 100% socialized, but I obtained a referral for Michelle Moreno. From the start, Michelle demonstrated a love of animals and great handling skills. My cat actually warmed up to her and was still a happy kitty when I returned from my trip. Hooray! I therefore hired Michelle to do in-home cat sitting several more times. Then Michelle launched her own business and I was thrilled to follow her. I have now hired Michelle, through Lean On Me Pet Sitting, every time I have left town, for trips ranging from 2 days to 2 weeks in length, and my kitty is content and happy! Michelle reports to me daily with updates on my cat during the sitting assignment, complete with photos and/or videos. At this point, I don’t finalize any travel plans until I check with Michelle first to see if she is available to cat sit! The prices are reasonable and the client portal is very easy to use for placing sitting requests, confirming sitting schedules, and making payments. Michelle is extremely responsible and professional and I would give 10 stars if I could!

Michelle is amazing… She takes the most amazing photos and took such good care of my two kitties while I was gone! I can’t tell you how thoughtful she is… I’ll recommend her to everybody I know who is in need of pet sitter. During a very stressful time, she left me with absolutely no worries about the proper care of my two cats. I will definitely be using her in the future!
