Caring veterinarians. They listen and ask pertinent questions to fully understand the health problem. Lakeland doesn't admonish me for the breed of dog I have, like the previous vet did. The dog is a rescue and deserves the BEST treatment possible. I get that here.

Our German Shepherd, Luna, experiences significant anxiety when it comes to vet visits and being around other animals. I went to Lakeland for just a quick health check and a couple of simple questions/requests. Everyone there is so lovely and clearly loves all animals. They treated my Bernadette like a long time patient-they were thorough, kind, and gentle. They were also quick to follow up with concerns and hopes for her healthy improvement after we had left. I could not recommend this vet any more! Thank you for taking care of my Bernie!

My friend shopped in last week because his dog had a lump on his foot. The vet looked at it for 5 seconds and told him it was a tumor and the dog needed his foot amputated. My friend took his dog to a different vet and found it was only an infection. I would avoid this place. Not to mention the price here is double what he paid at the other vet in Hugo.

Dr Fairbairn and staff are second to none!! You can tell that your pets are their priority!! They take time to answer questions thoroughly. After today’s visit I would not go anywhere else!! Love this place!!
