I dropped off my Sadie Belle today to be groomed. I was extremely nervous as I have had bad experiences with groomers in the past. I was very anxious. They sent me a pictures of Sadie being groomed and bathed. It made me feel very comforted. The staff took excellent care of her and she looked great. One of the best grooming experiences I have had. And for sure the quickest service I have ever had. In the past, I have had to take my dog and wait for several hours before I had any piece of communication. Today, I dropped Obi off, they first asked me if I had a time that was best for me to pick up, then called me to updated on a bit of matting on my dogs ears (obviously my fault), and then called to let me know he was ready for pick up with in 2 HOURS! Was very impressed and they will be getting our service and business from here on out. They created a consistent customer in us. We’ve already set up his next appointment. Highly recommend to anyone in the Northwest Arkansas area! 11 out of 10!

November 2021 I was about to take pictures with my family when I got a call from Jesse( a complete stranger to me,I’m not a client or anything) saying that my dog Willow had escaped our yard and was running around in the road and had been sprayed by a skunk!! I was panicked as I didn’t know what I was going to do being 1hr from where I lived not able to leave right away to get her. Jesse was a complete God sent for not only taking my dog in her car smelling like a skunk...but then proceeding to tell me that she worked at La Ti Dog and she was going to take her there and fix her up. She got rid of the skunk smell and brushed all of her under coat out (my dog is a Siberian Husky) and sent me pictures as she did so. ON TOP of all that she kept Willow at her house until I could come pick her up later that night after we finished pictures. We need more kind people like Jesse in the world and it would be a much better place. Thank you from the bottom of my heart I will never forget your kindness. If you need a dog groomer look no further she is your girl, your dog will be in the safest and most capable hand if you put them with Jesse. Below are a few of the pictures she’s sent me ❤️

The staff here is fantastic! Not only do they put out a brilliant groom, but they also care very much about the dogs and their owners needs ? 10/10! My boy even came home with a bow tie that matched my outfit for the day ? so brilliant! This particular dog of mine is very difficult at the groomer, probably because he’s spoiled. But they were able to get him looking so handsome! Thank you La Ti Dog! See you soon!

My 5lb poodle had a bad day but was “too fierce” for them to handle. She had been there multiple times with no issues. Now she has been “black listed” because no groomer there is willing to “give it another try” in grooming her.
If they can’t handle this little fluff, I wouldn’t trust them with your fur baby.

I would definitely recommend! With a standard poodle and two poodle mixes who all require regular haircuts, a good dog groomer is extremely important to me. After religiously going to my previous groomer in South Fayetteville for 4 years (despite moving from Fayetteville to Springdale), I finally decided they just weren't cutting it (no pun intended) anymore after the quality of my dogs' haircuts had been declining for the past few appointments. I felt that that groomer had gotten too many groomers, and they weren't keeping an eye on their quality control. I really wanted to find a small place that was relatively budget-friendly and much closer to home for me, so I gave this place a try. It is always scary trying a new groomer, but I am so glad I did! They did exactly what I asked for plus it was apparent that they treated my dog well. I will definitely be taking all of my dogs there and referring friends/family there.

The girls here always do a great job with our pup. Easy to make reservations and very quick. I would highly recommend. Fitz loves going in for his haircuts and I love taking him as it is Very Clean as well. Definitely if you live in Springdale call to schedule your appointment.
