Called to schedule an appointment and customer service was superb. Lindsey was kind, and welcoming. She stated she had an opening and if I was available to take my dog in same day. As I entered the business, was greeted with a warm smile. Lindsey was super supportive and explained how she would treat my dog. She was gentle and comforting with my dog and that made me feel relieved that my dog was in good hands. Great grooming. Definitely taking my dog from now on.

This is the only groomer we have ever taken our dogs to and will never change! They take such good care of Cramer! We even took our grumpy blue heeler in WOW! He was so soft and beautiful when they were done! If they can make a grumpy blue heeler look amazing they can do anything lol! Ours are both farm dogs and when they go in for grooming... well, let's say you probably would not want them in your house :-0 But they always come out looking and smelling amazing! THANK YOU!

The best experience ever for our lil Danni girl. I’ve gone through 5 groomers in 11 months, and none did what we wanted except L&M. Lynzy was exceptional and this will be our Danni’s forever groomer!! She listened to our concerns and requests and had the best outcome!! Brovo!!

I had been taking my dog, Cosmo, here every 1 to 2 months for the past year and half always happy with the relationship and results. I valued and trusted the people here and thought they did a really good job until this mistake. On his most recent visit he was injured. I wasn't informed when picking him up but had to call to see why he was bleeding and limping. Accidents can happen but my interactions with the groomer were not the best. She advised me not to take him to the vet and said if I wanted a reimbursement that I could never come back. After a vet visit and removal of his nail he is feeling better. I am left feeling a bit bitter with how the situation was handled but I wish this establishment the best of luck as well.

I brought my older pup in for a nail trim who doesn't love getting her nails cut and she did a really good job getting them short! I've tried three places around here which are a few dollars cheaper but I know this trim will last longer. They got us in the same day and they sprayed her with a marshmellow scent that smells amazing. Staff was super sweet!

Second time getting our puppy groomed and they were great. They had some issues opening due to COVID and the city permitting (typical for the carbon valley it seems) but we had our first grooming with them today. Norma looks great. They include a bunch of other services which is awesome. We will definitely be back.
