Brittany in the seafood department is great! She took the extra time to get me the fresh box of crab legs which was extremely nice of her. They were beautiful quality crab legs for only $7/lbs. This krogers is huge and has lots of great products. Definitely recommend

These employees have to be the laziest most unhappy bunch of people ever. Never smile & they get paid to stand around and talk while customers do their jobs of ringing themselves up, they never offer to help bag or assist you or anything. I’m old school and would appreciate someone helping me bag my stuff if they’re not busy and just chatting it up with other employees. It holds up the line and it’s rude. Kids and young adults today are just so full of themselves. How about you do your job and help elderly folks out when they need it? This reason alone makes me loathe this store. Do better Kroger. I don’t get paid to do their job!

For 7 years this is what it looks like every time it rains! There are plastic lined containers all over the whole store. It’s got to be a haven for mold.
2nd don’t ask for help at the service desk that is only for money orders. If you can’t find something good luck finding someone on the floor in that department. This is how they roll.

Don’t ever use the bakery I ordered to take weeks ago and it wasn’t even ready. They wrote down the wrong date so now I’m out looking for a friggin cake an hour before the party because they didn’t do their job.

Easily the WORST run Kroger that we’ve been to since moving to Tennessee! Many reasons. We live in OR but usually go to a Knoxville Kroger. It’s worth the drive.

Excellent produce, Boar's Head deli meats and cheeses. Wide variety of most everything for your cooking needs. However, there are too many self-checkout stations and not enough regular checkouts for those of us who do not want to self check. Lions backup quickly terribly annoying

The market has an excellent interior, selection, environment, and location. Many everyday products like food, medicine, and entertainment are found here, and the entire store is very sanitary, orderly, neat, and organized. Staff are very kind and helpful when you need help with finding a product, working the self-checkout, etc. It will always be a store that will be first to come to mind when I need an appliance or food item.

I went to Kroger today, June 24 of 2024 to get my boyfriend a cake and it was a cookie cake and when I went in I just wanted a little simple writing on there and I went to the bakery and asked if she could do it, she told me to pick one of the cakes I did. I walked over. I showed her what I wanted on the cookie cake. It wasn’t much it literally could’ve took her about five minutes, but the girl who wrote on my cake she was nice and very sweet. Oh, there was this old lady who also worked in the bakery section and I was showing I was showing the young girl my design. The lady was like oh we don’t do we don’t decorate cakes, honey, and the girl was like oh it’s OK. I can do it. It’s like it’s not that bad. It’s just like a little bit of writing on it on a cake, and like we do to her that decorators, but the fact is that the old lady was not even the one who was supposed to decorate my cake the young girl was and she said that she could do it. It wasn’t a big design. It wasn’t even really a design at all. It was just a little writing on a cake that was very simple. That could’ve been literally done five minutes, but the fact that there is employees there are that are pressuring other employees not to do something for Customer , and especially doing it right in front of my face where I can see is just plain disrespectful, unprofessional uncalled for and just honestly ignorant and I really just don’t appreciate that Kroger has this face up for their bakery because it’s looking like she runs it over there or something if she’s telling everybody what to do so I definitely won’t be coming back to Kroger‘s definitely going to FoodCity next time Because I will not be going through that ignorant and disrespect ever again when all I wanted was to get a cake for my boyfriend on his birthday.
