I have a Great Pyrenees, and it took over a year for me to find someone willing, and more importantly capable, to groom her. Took her one place, and half an hour later they called me to pick her up because the groomer obviously didn't have experience with giant breeds. Not the case here. Took my dog in, and they kept her the whole day and worked on her in short time slots reducing the anxiety and stress. My dog was beautiful when I picked her up. I highly recommend this place for grooming and boarding. They are wonderful and really love your dog!

I am absolutely heartbroken and furious about the treatment my dog received while boarding at Kritters country club. When I picked him up, I immediately noticed something was wrong. His rear area was red, raw, and extremely irritated. After taking him to the veterinarian, I was told it appeared as if he had been left in a soiled diaper for an extended period, causing severe discomfort and pain.

I trusted this facility to care for my pet, and instead, he was neglected and mistreated. No pet owner should ever have to bring their animal home only to see them suffering like this. On top of the emotional distress, I now have unexpected veterinary bills to treat a condition that should have never happened in the first place.

This is not just poor care—this is abuse and neglect. I urge anyone considering this place to think twice before leaving their pet in their hands. Our pets deserve better!

Second time using them. They are great. Our dog looked well taking care of. We were running late for pick up due to traffic. They gladly waited for us. Appreciate that! Thanks again!!❤️

The lady at the desk was really nice. She explained everything and was very helpful. She was even kind enough to let us know that we left something in the lobby. Can't wait for my puppy to be able to go to daycare here.

Like all animal lovers, our cat Chloe is a member of our family. The people here were extremely friendly and the facilities they had to house the cats was great. First it was away from the dogs (others mixed dogs and cats in the same room which would make cats nervous and fearful since dogs have a tendency to bark a lot) second the accommodations were very clean. The cages were double the size of other facilities we looked at and compartmentalized. There was a section for play and stretching, there was a place for the litter box and there was a cozy little area for our cat to curl up and sleep. We will be going out of the country for a month in Spring and will be taking her here as we believe this will be the best environment for her and that she will be well cared for in our absence.

Everyone is so nice and caring! We have boarded dogs here, and also our little Pomeranian is groomed here. They do an awesome job! We wouldn't go anywhere else!

Been using Keitter’s country club Douglasville for over 20 years. THEY ARE THE BEST they loved my dog Cesar Spike and Spud as much as I loved the. Beth and staff if I could give you 100 stars I would. When I was in a car accident broking both of my arms they extend courtesy and picked up my dogs and give them a bath and then brought them back. They let me know when they were sick and even took them to the animal clinic when I was out of town. I don’t know any other business that gives 100 % Beth Eric and all of you much love.
