They're super friendly people. My pups love them and their delicious bakery sweets! Everything is easy to locate, as it's always clean and organized. They have high quality food that's worth every penny! So thankful to have Koda and Company!

At this point, I think we may be regulars. We visited Koda & Co on a whim on a Saturday afternoon and after talking to the owners for a while and sharing about our dog not liking to eat much they shared all of their knowledge about the pet food they offer so we decided to give it a try. Well, now our dog LOVES to eat thanks to his new food (Rawz and Bone & Co) we buy at Koda & Co. They also have so many great brands for accessories, shampoos, treats and toys. It's a kind of dog store that doesn't feel like other dog stores I've been to. I love getting to support a small family owned business, while also being able to feed my dog the best food that he'll actually eat. Definitely will continue going back!

Love shopping at Koda. They give individualized attention to your pets needs that big box stores can’t provide. Our 4 month old puppy was having tummy issues. Jennifer took the time to help figure out a new feeding plan with there high quality foods. Dior was a new dog in less than 24 hours!! Thanks Jennifer!!

Koda is the only retailer that refused to reimburse for several cans of food that arrived severely dented. I even bought the package protection with my order but they refused to take responsibility for the damage and told me to contact UPS instead! It was totally on Koda for not providing sufficient cushion in the package. In addition, Koda also told me that those deeply dented cans were safe to eat from - wow, what a dangerous advice; they don't care about health hazards! I will never buy from them again.
