Excellent experience! The staff are like family and treat my dog as I would. Couldn't ask for a better place to care for my dog when I cannot. The facility is immaculate and smells so clean!

The people are friendly and communicative, my dogs were happy and healthy when I picked them up, the facility is incredibly clean, and the pricing is reasonable! In addition, I accidentally over paid (cash) and as I was loading my dogs into the car, she came running out to return the extra money. Good people running a good business - we need more businesses like this today!

We don't like leaving our puppies, they are like our children but there are times we need to be without them so we choose KLB Kennel in Penrose, Colorado. Very clean facility, great and friendly staff, lots of extras to purchase to spoil your pups because you might feel guilty for leaving them :). All the kennels have indoor/outdoor space and you can choose the size to meet the needs of your fur baby/babies. The kennel will also post pictures of your pup on Facebook and also reply promptly to any request or updates you seek, which we appreciate. We appreciate all they do for us and our pups when we are away! Mahalo from Pueblo West!

We were so happy to find KLB when we moved to Penrose!! It is one of the cleanest kennels we have seen!! Very rarely do you walk into a kennel and not notice a "dog" smell, even if it looks clean, but not only does KLB look clean, there is no "kennel" smell, which is saying something!! The owners were always very good to our pups and we loved that they had indoor/outdoor access, so no accidents in the kennel. Highly recommend!!
