I was here in December so I just really wanted a good heater and comfortable bed and they were. The gentleman at the desk was cordial. The rates are fair. I would return. I don't eat breakfast at hotels because all of it is poor quality so in my opinion if u stay at a hotel and want great food then why not just sleep at a restaurant instead😴

Rooms are definitely dated, but I must admit, ours was very clean. If you like hard mattresses, then you will be okay because they are hard. My main issue was the lack of service. We had been traveling for two weeks and were quite worn out. The motel was basically empty, so I asked for a room away from others so as to not be disturbed. The front desk put us near the end and said we should be fine there. No longer than getting into our room, did they place a man and his 4 year old daughter right beside us. Needless to say, the screaming and running did stop, but only between 9pm and 5:30am. So much for a good nights rest. When I confronted the front desk in the morning, their response was, "Oh, sorry." You folks do what you want, but as for me, that will be my last time to stay there.

We were told pool was 24 hr. When we arrived sign said no use after dark. Breakfast was a joke. House keeping pounded on our door 2 hrs before check out and woke us up. Yellow stained sheets as well. This place is gross. For the price they're charging you can find any place that would probably be better. No staff available after hours as well.

I picked this motel because it had a rating of 8.4 on Expedia. Let me start with the room. The first thing we noticed when we walked in was the musty smell. The beds were clean, but the pillows were small. The pool water was clean and refreshing, but the furniture around the pool was dirty and stained. The breakfast was a joke. It was presented on the counter of the tiny office. There was no place to sit except the two chairs against the wall. They had hardboiled eggs. pre-packaged pastries, two kinds of cereal, some bread to toast. Not impressed.

Nice people seems to be family ran. It was hard to communicate with most of the family members. I mentioned several times that we needed floors vacuumed but to no avail but whatever it's a hotel floor not walking barefoot anyways. Yucky carpet on floors, and dirty sofa, can't use bathroom fan. Sometimes it kicks on sometimes it doesn't. Breakfast options were lacking, there were a couple eggo waffle on a plate in the mini fridge in office, as well as a gallon or milk, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, 2 cereal options in the dispenser, toast, individually wrapped pastries (which is all I would recommend) bruised apples and bananas and coffee. There was a squeeze bottle w syrup, and they looked to have filled little condiment cups with peanut butter. They also did appear to have a small outdoor pool.

Was making our way back to Oregon and chose the Klamath Motor Lodge as our halfway point. Our stay, while just one night, was very enjoyable. The front desk staff were friendly and informative. The room was clean and clearly sanitized. The heater worked well. When we requested an additional blanket the staff quickly brought us two. The breakfast was a simple continental fare, but the hard boiled eggs were fresh and the frozen waffles were delicious after being toasted. I loved the individual servings of peanut butter. Absolutely no complaints.

Right in front of the motel is a nice grassy area. As my husband checked us in, I walked my dog over to it and was greeted by an angry looking woman knocking on the window from the office rudely motioning for me to leave the area. They need to put a sign up if dogs are not allowed on the grass!
Also, do not stay here unless you love to hear every single movement of your neighbors and their alarms going off. Or if you really love the smell of mildew in the bathroom and mold growing on the walls and shower curtain, then this is your place.
Between the harsh welcome, noise and mold 2 stars feels generous. The beds were comfortable enough.
