Talking about KITTY CITY!!: We come here very regularly for our two long-haired cats, and we don't want to ever have to go anywhere else! We adore this mother-daughter dynamic duo and genuinely appreciate this wonderful (and definitely needed!) service they provide. This is NOT easy work, so we do want to say we thank you, and let you know how much you help us (which is in more ways than we can truly express). We value the quality and top-tier skill of your work. These are certified master-level groomers and deserve all the best.
We always look forward to bringing our cats to you, and we KNOW our cats whom we love like children are in the very best and most caring professional grooming hands. We also love that you send us cute photos of our cats during/after their grooming sessions!

My baby look AMAZING after he got his hair done. They did it so good and the price is unbelievably reasonable. They even give him a little blanket and gift. 1000/10 would recommend this place. Cat owner, don’t be like me trying to save couple dollars to receive a crappy job somewhere. Come here and I promise you give not regret.

P/s: They take time and care so that your cat doesn’t turn into a maniac when they get home.

I ABSOLUTELY recommend Kitty City Salon! To start off with, they were so great at staying in communication with me about my appointments. They were amazing at reminding me when my cats were scheduled and offered me open spots when available. Super great communication, they answered all questions I had about treatment options and gave advice when I asked for it!

On the actual day of service, drop off was super easy. The woman who helped me was very sweet and went through the whole process with me before I left so I had an idea of what their service looked like.

Pick up was just as easy! I received two cute photos of my cats sitting in front of a Halloween setup and was informed they were ready to be picked up. Upon arrival, I had everything laid out in front of me in terms of how my cats did, what treatments they received, and the price breakdown - no room for questioning anything! On top of amazing people and service, they included a few Halloween themed toys for my cats including little blankets for them to take home as well. I had no idea they were going to add little things like that, and it honestly made my whole day. I was a tad nervous about leaving them in their hands due to a bad past experience with another place that offered cat services (see my only other cat related review to know where to avoid), but Kitty City Salon did the absolute BEST at reassuring me and helping my cats feel safe. After my cats' last BAD experience, they were acting disoriented and uncomfortable for a few hours. Immediately once my kitties came home today, they were their same old happy selves - this is how I REALLY know Kitty City Salon took care of them. I honestly couldn't have asked for better service.

Not to mention, my kitties are the softest and cleanest little fluff balls now!

If you need cat grooming, this is hands down the place to go!

I took my cat, Nala, to Kitty City Salon for the first time, and it was such a great experience! She got the full spa treatment - nail trim, a relaxing bath, trim and a thorough brushing. The owner was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, answering my questions with care. As a first time customer, I even received a thoughtful Valentine's day blanket for Nala, along with treats for her and some candy for me - such a sweet touch! Nala came home looking and feeling amazing. I highly recommend Kitty City Salon and will definitely be returning

I hesitated to take my 2 older, pampered cats to a salon, since they had never been to a groomer. Two people recommended Kitty City, so I booked an appointment. I could not be more pleased!
Both my cats were perfectly groomed and when I picked them up, they were sleeping contentedly in their carriers.
Kitty City groomers are very knowledgable and experienced, providing services like covering the cats' ears with noise-diminishing hats during blow dry. I also got a full report on each of my cat's needs and how they had been met during grooming.
The grooming was completed within the time arranged, and the fee was reasonable.
In short, I highly recommend Kitty City!
Kitsy, Muchie and I will be back!

I took my female cat Peppa here for our first time at the groomers. Rebecca was so sweet with her and made her feel comfortable. She got to watch their pet birds for entertainment. So happy with the final result. She looks great. Thanks Kitty City! I will be returning.

This place is so amazing! Rebecca is incredibly knowledgeable and super sweet. I’m a first time cat owner and she answered all my questions and handled my cat, Rian with a lot of love and care. She was also super quick but gentle with him for his first ever groom, and he smells fantastic! They gave me a blanket for his first bath and provide a toy every visit. I will only be coming here for nail trims and full grooms <3

I highly recommend taking your cat here for grooming services. The location is clean, the workers and owners are very friendly and professional. They take such great care of our cat while she is being groomed. Every time we take our cat to be groomed she leaves looking beautiful , smelling delightful, and happy. They ALWAYS go above and beyond.
