We have brought our pups in for grooming services for over 4 years now. Kirstie and her team have always been wonderful, loving, and supportive of our bigger breeds.
When it was time to bring home a new member of the family, we did our research but called Cynthia immediately for training. We have gone thru a few different training programs in her almost 3 years of life, from Service Dog to Adventure Dog, starting with the basic's. Cynthia has been by our side, helping thru the entire journey. She has taught us every aspect of learning our pup and her breed, to teaching me how to trust my pup, as well as helping show our pup what her full potential can be!

We have a young Golden Retriever who was very hard to handle and resistant to my training attempts including classes at another facility. Truly, after a year I wanted to give her back, but during multiple sessions at our home, at a golf course, at a dog park, at a football field, and with grandchildren, Cynthia met us for private lessons, worked with us on specific obedience problems, and showed us many effective techniques. Now Ellie gets praise from the neighbors for her good behavior, and we can take her anywhere knowing that she will be a good canine citizen.

Between Cynthia who has worked with me on training my reaction to my girls and Kirstie who will groom my girls; I am 100% plus pleased. When a relative came to stay with her two yorkies, I was able to reach out to Cynthia for private lessons to assist in redirecting the yorkies behavior around a larger dog.
I am thrilled with the additional trainers that Cynthia has brought on. Paige is easy to work with. Hannah was able to immediately redirect my older female and assist with an issue after we had a new litter of puppies.
