Woke up to no running water. Called Kings River Water Well Drilling and they were here by 8:30am. Jess was quick to diagnose problem (bad pressure switch)and I had running water in no time!! Also determined that tank was bad. It was full of water and had no air pressure. Long story short, new tank and new pressure switch all installed before noon!! Jess explained everything while doing the job. Pretty sure I know everything I need to know about my well, pump, and tank now. These guys are the best! It was Sunday and I had no water. I called lot of water well and pump technicians/companies, but they didn't answer. Off course it was Sunday and they are at church, traveling or spending time with their family. I decided to call call Kings River Water Well Drilling thinking that they were too expensive and by the Grace of God they were the only company who answer the phone. A person named Tom answer. Tom didn't come to my house to see the well, but he asked me to send him pictures of the well. As soon as he saw the pictures, he already knew what was wrong with the well and the reason why I didn't have water. Instead of him coming over to fix it, he help me fix the problem over the phone. I cannot believe, I did everything that he told me to do over the phone and in less than 10 minutes I fix my own well just by my following instructions on what to do and how to do it over the phone. God Blessed his Heart. I strongly recommend this company, is local and they probably the only company who answer the phone over the weekend and probably during holidays too.

I can’t say enough about King’s River Well Drilling & Pump Service. I spoke with Tom on Monday, and my problem was resolved by Jess and Reynaldo on Tuesday. I had an aged pressure tank that was starting to show signs of a water leak. Time to call for help. I exchanged some text messages with Jess and decided to replace the tank with a larger capacity tank, based on his recommendation, to alleviate recycling pressure on the pump. In addition, he suggested replacing the aged pressure switch and pressure gauge. All the work to replace the tank and new components was completed professionally and in a timely manner. A photo of the new tank and components is included. Upon completion, the water system was fully checked for functionality. Julian and Reynaldo returned the following Monday to replace a corroded pipe that developed a small leak as a result of removal from, and re-installing into, the tank. Both were professional in their approach, courteous, and effective in making the repair. From a personnel perspective, and the way they conduct their business, I highly recommend, without reservation, King’s River Well Drilling & Pump Service, for your water system service and maintenance needs. They are customer-driven and responsive to the needs of their customers.

Had issue with pressure tank called, talked to Tom in pm hours and he sent Jess and Ray with new pressure tank installed next day. I called again in the pm and Tom with his expertise got my water flowing again with his knowledgeable insight over the phone. Brilliant!!

Tom with Kings River Water Well Drilling was a joy to speak with during a during a difficult time with my well. There company was fast and professional. I'm totally satisfied with the work they did and would recommend their services . Another huge benefit is they work 247 so if an emergency arises after hours or on weekends they can take care of.
