Worst one in Springs! Used to be ok until I started noticing a new evening mngr, short, black hair, glasses(never had opportunity to ask about pronouns so I'm not going to assume gender) This person has been rude to me every time I encounter they while shopping or checking out. Tonight I was running very late coming from Interquest and arrived 10 minutes before 11, which is my fault for being late.
It became a problem when I pulled up to front to find a man waiting at locked door, then mgr opened door for him but turned me away when I said I just need water, then she replied saying registers are shut off and locked door behind they. If that's the case then how was the man who was let in, pay for his purchase I've never done anything to this person, the doors and registers are not supposed to be closed until 11p, not 10:50!! You let in someone and turned me away which implies prejudice. Thankfully I'm moving, but I'm begging anyone who reads this to go a little out of your way for the Wooden and Lexington location where they treat their customers with respect instead of looking at the unhappy look on faces of some of their employees!!

It's layout is confusing I went in the look for cream of mushroom once and it wasn't with the soups or vegetables or anywhere I could find so I gave up and went to Safeway and the same when I went to buy canned olives they weren't with any of the other canned vegetables or anyplace logical. I had to ask an employee who had to ask another employee cause she couldn't find them if I remember correctly they ended up being with the spaghetti sauces

Yesterday, during the HIGHEST volume time, I wanted to by 5 items. When I got to the check-out area, I found there was ONE regular checkout aisle with 3 shoppers with full carts, and 15 shoppers waiting for self-checkout. FOUR of those shoppers had full carts, as well. I left my basket of non-purchased items at "Customer Service." My time is valuable, too. If you want me to spend more for groceries, at least value my time enough to add checkers during high-volume times so I don't have to spend more than 10 (probably 20) minutes in line.

On June 17, my husband, Manfred Burkholder, tried to make a payment for $16.49 at self checkout using his credit card. He didn't think it went through so he asked the attendant for assistance. The attendant said that the payment didn't go thru so he had him pay again. Our credit company notified us that the payment was made twice. It did show up twice on our statement. My husband took the receipt and the two notifications to the store and spoke with the store manager. He said that he would have to an investigation and get back with my husband. He never heard back from the store manager nor did he receive a credit on our statement. Very poor customer service from a store that I shop at regularly. If this would have happened at our store, we would have promptly refunded the $16.49.

Clayton did an awesome job of going above and beyond for me. He told me how to get a rain check for Topo Chico. When I went to check out, he went in. I had already gotten me the rain check. That was so cool of him! I hope the union shows him some appreciation. It’s rare to find employees with such a great attitude.

Deanna is always so pleasant and kind/helpful at checkout. King Soopers is lucky to have two great employees like them.

Nice larger King Cooper's with ample assorted stock. Parking lot usually a challenge.

Employees are great. Store is well stocked. Pharmacy is good. Everything is great about this place except for the self checkout. The self checkouts are so hyper sensitive that it takes 3 times longer than it should just to get checked out. If they're going to have the customers do their job and ring up items the least they can do is install machines that aren't so frustrating to use. Seriously they're already cheaping out by not hiring cashiers they could use that extra money to invest in halfway decent machines. The mere fact that these things have irritated me enough to leave a review just goes to show how trash they are.

Get rid of your crappy self checkout. You can never just buy stuff without it spazzing out 15 times and having to have a clerk watch the stupid video. Its bad enough groceries are 50% more and now we’re doing your job to boot. That goes for every store now 😡
