We absolutely LOVE Kimmie’s! My two dogs love going to the Spaw. Kylo has had a tough time with groomers, and the girls at Kimmie’s are so patient and kind with him! They do wonderful at shorter styles and longer, more full “Doodle” styles. I can’t say enough good things about Kimmie’s, and I recommend Kimmie’s to all of my friends!

My golden doodle has been going there for a year and I won’t be taking him back there again. So many things I can say but we are told his appointment is at 9 am. You’re expected to drop him off then. Problem is when you drop him off you have no idea when they will actually groom the animal. Then they let you know when it’s done and you have 45 min to get there. If you’re not there they charge you a late fee. So you can cut him when you feel like it but you just pick him up when I choose. Ridiculous! My fiancé wanted to keep bringing him here because it’s close to our home. Thus past week he was groomed again. Put in a kennel and not ket out to go to the bathroom and he made a mess in his kennel, so I had to pay a clean up fee.

Seems as though this is a one sided affair and she’s looking for every angle to collect extra fees. Business is a two way street and if it’s not good for both parties you gotta move on. We are
done!

I wouldn't take my Apollo anywhere else. Kimmie is THE BEST! I can't say her name until I am ready to pull in her driveway, because Apollo gets so excited. I can't get him unbuckled fast enough. He LOVES Kimmie ❤️🐶 #5star

edit: i have the text conversations as well, i really didn’t wanna put your guys business out there like that, but i will if needed. everything i said in my review is true. nothing is fabricated or lied about. you guys called me off a private number expecting me to answer a blocked phone number, with no voicemail left to say it was you guys. then, you texted me from your personal number saying if i don’t pick my dogs up they’d end up going to the pound. please post the screenshots you have my permission. i haven’t lied about any of my experience.

About a year ago, i dropped my dogs off here. i took them there one time with no problem, but the second time i went there, they didn’t text me on the number i had saved for them like they did previously. they called me on a number that showed “unknown” now i don’t know about anyone else, but i typically don’t answer calls that show up like that because of spam etc. So, unknown to me, my dogs were done. Then after only an hour, i received a series of threatening messages from the owner saying that if i don’t pick up my dogs, they will be brought to the POUND. INSANE. Obviously i was not happy with that, and on top of that they charged me extra money for being late. not to mention just how condensing and rude the woman running the register were. Horrible horrible customer service. and to me, they obviously couldn’t care less about dogs if they threatened to take mine to the pound for being an hour late. absolutely horrible customer service. i would recommend literally any other place than this. it’ll probably be cheaper, and they will probably be nicer.

Our Bella Rose loves going to see Kimmie for grooming.

They are kind to her and we love the staff. They cut her hair just like we request and she leaves with eyelashes which are so cute and get a lot of compliments.

Bella Rose has been going here the past two years and she had her first grooming here.

If I knew how to post a photo I would.

I've been taking my Aussiedoodles here for the past 6 mo. Since they were 5 mo old (1st pic). Just took them to get ready for neutering surgery (2nd pic). They do a great job and give helpful advice. Shout out to Katelyn from Behr and Ranger!!

Absolutely love Kimmie's! She really takes the time to love on our fur baby while making him all handsome and good smelling. He loves his bandana and yummy treats he gets every trip. My bully is a bit hyper and the girls are so great with him every time. I say let's go see Kimmie and he jumps right in the truck! Great friendly environment with great prices. Flexable appointment times and good location just north of Wichita. We have been with Kimmie's since she opened and we are very happy. If you are looking for a safe and affordable place for your fur baby, Kimmie's is your place!
