We had these wonderful folks come out to our place for my daughter’s birthday party and they were phenomenal! They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. All the kiddos had a great time holding and learning about the many reptiles they showed. Definitely recommend to anyone whose kids are interested in reptiles. My daughter and all her friends loved the experience. So did all the adults!

My fiancé decided he wanted to purchase a bearded dragon. He did allot of research and came across this business in Chico. He was in contact with the owner multiple times before visiting. She was always kind and happy to answer his questions. We visited today to look at bearded dragons. The animals all looked happy and well loved. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We spent at least an hour viewing and handling the wide selection of bearded dragons. We never felt rushed and the staff gladly answered every question. We finally decided on one and now we are happy owners of a beautiful female bearded dragon. We couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much and we look forward to doing further business with you in the future!

We purchased a Bearded Dragon from Killer Clutches in July and she is great. The selection of dragons was interesting, and they were all so cool it was hard to choose. The owner is clearly passionate and knows these animals and the products/care they require inside and out. We have a well started pet and happy kids.

Update/response to breeder:

Firstly, bearded dragons do not require a water dish, as they should get their hydration from fresh veggies and live feeder insects. Most will not drink from a water dish anyway, as they struggle to see the stagnant water, and having a water dish in their enclosure poses a risk of drowning as well as raising humidity levels above what is safe for them. They also do not require soaking, their skin is not permeable, and soaking during sheds is dangerous as bacteria can build up under the shed and cause more harm than good. They should not have baths ever, unless they are dirty and truly need a clean, such as after running through their feces. Bearded dragons are DRY shedders and need things to rub on in their enclosure, such as branches, NOT a soak to aid in removing the shed. The vet also determined that she was far too weak to be able to remove her shed herself due to the MBD and starvation that had occurred before I received her. You should probably not be selling these reptiles considering that you seem to be uneducated on their care and going off of outdated information.

Yes, she ate immediately after I received her as she was clearly starving from the poor care she was receiving prior to me acquiring her. She was taken to the ER vet two weeks after me receiving her. Metabolic bone disease takes time to occur, lacking calcium in their diet and incorrect UVB lighting over a long period of time. The MBD was certainly not caused by me having her for just two weeks. I have been supplying her with calcium without D3 4 days a week, calcium with D3 2 days a week, and Reptivite 1 day a week since I received her, and she was prescribed calcium gluconate by the ER vet to be given once a day until the prescription ran out. They CAN have MBD without yet having physical deformities, and she had x-rays to discover the MBD. It is a mild case, not yet causing severe deformities. She was underweight and TINY for a 5-month old dragon.

Aside from her health issues that were at no fault of mine, I had mentioned to you that her appearance was very different from what had been described on the listing on your website. I purchased a normal-scaled dragon and you sent me a leatherback, and then proceeded to lie to me about her scales "changing over time" which is impossible. I didn't even receive the bearded dragon I purchased, and Darien Dubiager (owner of MorphMarket) has agreed that this is a very clear case of a breeder sending a totally different dragon than what was purchased.

She IS doing better now, but this is after months of TLC, proper feedings, correct lighting setup (150w basking bulb, Arcadia linear UVB 14% 16 inches from basking spot, and an Arcadia Jungle Dawn LED. Lighting is configured so that the UVB is overlapping the basking bulb to mimic a patch of sunlight.), a $1,000 vet trip and prescription medications.

I had a terrible experience with this reptile breeder. After paying $600 for a bearded dragon that was supposed to be healthy and match a specific description, I received a dragon that was completely different from what was advertised. The dragon arrived in poor health and horribly thin, and was nothing like the photos online. I spent almost $1,000 at an ER vet almost immediately after receiving her due to genetic issues and improper husbandry at the fault of this breeder. My bearded dragon has MBD and several other issues that are at no fault of my own and caused by this breeder. I reached out to the breeder multiple times to resolve the issue, but they were unresponsive and dismissive. I have still yet to receive a refund for my purchase and am being entirely ignored by this breeder.

I found this breeder on MorphMarket, and the owner of MorphMarket has agreed that this is a case of a breeder sending an entirely different dragon than what was advertised and purchased.

Killer Clutches/Nallely Orozco is a scammer and should be avoided at all costs. Save yourself the frustration and money—find a reputable breeder elsewhere!

I have purchased two reptiles from them over the years, a sunbeam snake and now a cherry head redfoot tortoise. Both animals came to me in excellent shape and well adjusted to handling. Staff is friendly and helpful. This is a great establishment that offers suitable prices for wonderfully bred and cared for animals. Thanks so much!

I purchased a dragon online from Killer Clutches. It had not shipped yet. A family emergency came up and I had to cancel the order the following day. The staff was extremely nice, understanding and gave me my money back. When I am ready to buy a dragon again, they will be my only option!
