We love this place and Kenny. The owner, he's an upright guy. They took wonderful care of our Rocky boy. They also do top-notch dog grooming. We will continue to use them in the future. And thank you to the staff

Our hearts are broken. We boarded our 9 year old husky and 9 month old cattle dog here this last week for 6 days. We took the time to go visit the grounds ahead of their stay with our dogs to get a feel for the place. Kenny, the owner assured us everything would be fine and we asked for a few simple requests like, please have our dogs stay together and please stay in a kennel outside. These two things were the reason why we chose to book here. We even called the following morning to make sure things went ok (fully being willing to arrange something different if it wasn’t going well). Again, we were assured everything was fine. Upon picking up our dogs we found that they not only were NOT staying together, they had been put in the kennels inside instead of outside. We were NEVER notified of this, even when we called! Then we also found out our cattle dog had been staying with a poopy blanket the entire stay in his kennel. We also found out that both our dogs were terrified upon their arrival and (in Kenny’s words) “it took a very long time to catch them from outside to bring them in”. We wanted a whole refund because of all this and all they are willing to do is give us 10% off. We put our trust in them and feel completely conned. DO NOT EVER BOOK YOUR PETS HERE. If I get any response at all, it’ll be saying that they have to do what is best for the safety of the dogs. Our reason for being upset is that we were never notified and we even called to check in and STILL were not told of the changes and we were charged more for the price of two kennels instead of one. So don’t try and tell us you didn’t have a chance to be honest. I’m taking the time to be as vulnerable as I can here because whether people realize it or not, pets are people’s family. They mean the world to us and I want future pet owners to be warned. Where did all the honesty go in this world. Our hearts are broken.

They take such great care of my dog! He’s a big baby and definitely a difficult keeper. He always comes home from doggy day care so happy and healthy. They’re great about scheduling also

Great place, they helped me out fairly last minute when my other boarder had to cancel. They took care of my dog Theodore and were very easy to work with as well as affordable.

We boarded our large Anatolian shepherd for about 10 days while moving to HS from Texas. Suzie is very sweet, but can be nervous and not eat well. She came home looking wonderful, and very happy. The staff was very kind when I called to check on her. She is also somewhat of a Houdii, they managed to keep her safe and on premises. Very grateful for the excellent care!

I couldn’t ask for better care and training. Ken and Jenna changed my dog in 19 days. It’s unbelievable what they accomplished in that short amount of time. Top notch facilities and Jenna and Ken are great. Best thing I ever did.

Very friendly and took great care of our 2 yorkies. They usually snub me after I leave them somewhere ? but they were really happy when I picked them up, which means they enjoyed themselves.
