I was so nervous about my Schnoodle puppy's haircut since she was super matted, but this groomer did an amazing job! They managed to avoid shaving her all the way down while still giving her a clean haircut. At the end, they even added the cutest little bows to her ears, which I am obsessed with!
I got the Works package. The appointment took around 4-5 hours but the drop-off and pick-up process was super convenient. They called me when she was ready for pick up so I still had flexibility with my day.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a groomer who genuinely cares about your dog and takes the time to do a thoughtful job! I’ll definitely be back!

Shantel did an amazing job with my toy poodle, customer service was top tier I felt comfortable leaving Tiny there while I ran a few errands. My baby is not a fan of her paws being touched Shantel was so patient! My baby has never smelled so good finally mat free! We will be back.

I have my son's dog, Stella, while he is away for military training. She’s close to 100 lbs. and has anxiety, but the team at Kennedy's Pet Services always takes the time to make her feel comfortable. My son trusts them completely, and Stella has never been to any other groomer.

Jalen is especially wonderful—patient, detailed, and truly caring. The entire staff is professional, and their communication is outstanding. The appointment reminders and updates on when to pick up Stella make everything so easy.

This is my first time caring for a dog, and they’ve been incredibly helpful with their knowledge and support, while my son is away. I wouldn’t take Stella anywhere else! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend coming here! Communication at this place is wonderful! They actually care! This was my first time going and I really appreciated them listening to my concerns! I did ask for a trim on the tail and they trimmed it all and took off a bit to much but that was my fault, I didn’t specify that I wanted just a trim on the tip and usually I don’t even get her tail trimmed, but overall I am happy! My dog isn’t a fan of her face being touched and they did a great job given the circumstances. I will be returning!

NEW FAVORITE GROOMER! We tried Kennedy Pet Services for our 2 mini poodle mixes because we moved and it's not convenient to travel so far to our old groomer. We are so glad we did! We love this place better than our old groom shop. Shantel and Dylan did an excellent job on the haircuts for each dog and our dogs came out of the experience not anxious or stressed at all like they used to. They are obviously doing things right here at KPS. Definitely our new fav regular spot for our boys, AND less expensive than our old spot. Thanks guys! You're the best!

Excellent staff! I’ve been taking my boxer (for baths) and my shin tzu (grooming every 6-8 weeks) for over a year now. They are very loving and attentive to my babies. Love their staff and commitment to always offer a great service at every visit.

Jalon was very nice. Koda got a nice wash and cut, loved his cut. I think they did a wonderful job. If the face looks choppy it’s because my sister tried to trim his face and didn’t do good, but I think they fixed it nicely. Loved going here will definitely be back 😄👍
