Hope is great. She got our dog cleaned up and groomed perfectly. Highly recommend and will be a repeat customer! Already have another appointment.

I've taken my dog a number of times to this business. They've always done good work until this last time. The grooming was awful! We had to make another appointment to take him back to get some things done that they missed. And that didn't even take care of it all. Very expensive! We will not go back.

We have 2 older cattle dogs and they LOVE their spa days at Ken Caryl Pet Spa. As soon as we walk in the door, they head straight to the door to the back. Alana is who they usually see and she is awesome! Our doggies come home clean, beautiful and happy!

I drive 35 minutes each way for our dog to receive the Thera-Clean bath. It has helped improve the condition of her skin tremendously without any chemicals. I bring her in every other week. The staff is incredibly kind and all the dogs receive TLC and look fabulous after their bath or Thera-Clean treatment. I highly recommend Ken Caryl Pet Spa. They do a fabulous job!! I’m so glad we have them to help care for my dog. She’s a Labrador.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this was my first time here and I was so impressed! I brought my dog Pepper and my parents dog Stella to get their nails trimmed. I told them Pepper isn’t really the best for nail trims and that she typically requires a muzzle. When they brought her back out, I was so surprised to hear that she was super good and that they didn’t even use a muzzle on her. Despite me telling them she typically requires a muzzle, I really appreciated that they tested that themselves and didn’t put one on her just because I said that. I know for a fact Pepper tolerated the nail trim so well because of how well they treated her! They were so kind to both me and my fur babies, you can definitely tell they love working with animals and their hearts are in it. I will definitely be back and I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Since the pups were so good I also left with a snack for them, the staff was helpful in recommending which treat would upset their bellies the least. 🙂

This place and technicians are AMAZING! We have a long hair Shiloh Shepherd that I am embarrased to say that we've never groomed. I hadn't realized how matted her hair was (close to the body) and that's what was causing her to smell even after bathing, and did not know that this condition could be uncomfortable for dogs. She came back an absolute princess! She's an entirely new dog. They worked a miracle and I am now a loyal customer 🙂

We have been taking our dog Olivia here for Thera Clean baths and the staff have been exceptional. On our most recent visit Alana took care of Olivia and did a wonderful job. You can see how much they all care about your pet. We will be a long time customer!

I’ve been going here for years and I definitely recommend it! Sarah recently groomed our bull dog and did a fabulous job! We’ve seen many of the groomers and have never been unhappy. I’ve also taken my yorkie and cat there.
