She did great with the haircut. My concern is the lack of communication and doing services that one I did not ask for or was not even cleared by me before having them done. Then I was charged for those services.

Our St Bernard/Great Pyrenees absolutely bows down to her. He can be moody, and going to the groomer is usually a two-our ordeal due to all of his floof and mud/knots, but Kelsey works with him so well and does SUCH a fantastic job!
