Staff is always super friendly and does great work on my dog Jango (Photo for refence of my baby boy)! Have used them since I first homed Jango and won't go anywhere else as long as I live in Southern Illinois!

I want to start off saying the staff was absolutely amazing during the entire process. My Frank has fear aggression issues that we’re still working through, so I was a little worried about how it would go as this was his first ever groom. As soon as we got there they kindly greeted us and reassured us he was in good hands and one of them told me she had a dog with similar issues which made me feel a lot better about his safety. When we handed him off he didn’t even growl like he normally would and when we picked him up he was as happy as ever. It’s also very clear they love and care about the dogs that come in, as a regular walked in behind us they greeted them so sweetly and by name. They did amazing on him!! He smells and looks better than ever, they also left his hair long on the top so he can still wear his Mohawk. I 10/10 recommend! Before and after photos attached. I also want to add on the price was amazing only about $60 for an entire groom and that’s with the tip (I tipped extra because of his fear aggression issues) and they got me in very quickly I called Thursday and had an appointment the following Monday.

My horrible little long-haired stinky demon cat had a spa day which apparently she loved because she pretended to be sweet with the staff. I think the staff must just be angels because I’m telling you, this cat is a true trash vampire? Anyway, they shaved her into a ridiculous, good-smelling (?!) lion (but with a swinging belly) at my request and I’m assuming performed an exorcism because my cat is sweet and cuddly now? Truly miracle workers, 6/5 stars! 👩‍🍳🤌💋

Our dog had a wonderful time apparently. She whined to go back until we were 5 miles away. She was boarded for 2 days and groomed. She looked so cute in her bandana and smelled nice. The staff were great and our dog loved them.

Wanted to update my review as its been 3 months and 3 trips to KCs. You wouldnt believe just how great Mauis nails look. They have gotten them to receed. He These ladies are absolutely amazing At least they think Maui is compliant enough. Thank you KC Pet Grooming!!

We took our older kitty here for the first time today. He has some arthritis and gets grumpy when we try and groom him. They did a fantastic job with him. He even enjoyed it. He looks great and smells so good. I would definitely recommend this place to any pet owner. They were very sweet too. Will definitely bring him back when he needs groomed again.
