This is the first and last time I will be coming here. When I made my appointment, I was never informed that I needed a kennel or required to complete additional paperwork. I understand that these procedures are necessary, but it would have been helpful to know before I paid and drove all the way here.

It's 23 degrees outside with wind, and a staff member told me to wait outside while she figured out the kennel situation. However, she never returned. I eventually went inside to ask again about the kennel, but the person I spoke to was unsure of what to do or say. The staff member who initially told me to wait outside then switched her statement, saying, “You must have a kennel. If not, we can't take you in.” Why didn’t she inform me of this when I was waiting outside in the cold for so long?

I know I won’t get a refund since they told me I couldn’t reschedule my appointment. They then changed the story, stating that if I wanted to reschedule, I would need to wait for everyone else to check in before me. If they are willing to make you wait outside in the cold without proper guidance, and then respond to your polite inquiries as if you should already know the answers, then this is the place for you!

Supposed to host a free or low cost spay/neuter clinic. I called in advance and got instructions and followed them perfectly. We got there and they denied providing that service. We had trapped some feral cats and will probably never be able to get ahold of them again to help them.

I've taken three animals here two of them turned out okay but still had complications the last one didn't make it. I was strongly suggest not taking your animal here they do too many and one day and they tend to not make sure that your pet is okay. If I could I would give them zero Stars

Beware of these peoples website. THEY CHARGED ME 20 DOLLARS TO CHANGE AN APPT WITHIN 30 MINUTES..CALLED IT A NO SHOW EVEN THOUGH I SPOKE TO HER AND SAID SHE WOULD BE OK TO CHANGE MY APPT..ALSO THEY DIDNT DEDUCT MY 20 DOLLARS FROM MY INVOICE...SOMEONES SHADY...JUST SAYIN! ILL KEEP YALL POSTED. BEWARE! I WOULD GIVE THEM A ZERO IF I COULD...My other review looks like its been remove.. Yall be careful with this office ..I will be reporting this office. ..Never again!
