TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK

We had to put our dog down after he broke his leg while getting a haircut from Kat.

Apparently he fell getting out of her tub. He had hip dysplasia and she knew that, he had been here before but we were not aware of the tub (it’s hidden out back and we would never have let him participate in that portion if we knew about it)

She didn’t tell us he fell until we picked him up.

She took the money for the haircut.

He broke his femur and it would have been an $8,000 surgery to repair. He was 12 years old.

She claimed to have insurance. It’s been over two months and she has done nothing but blame us for the fact our dog is no longer with us and the insurance she claimed to have, she does not.

She has dragged us through enough. I was hoping she would show some decency throughout any of this and she has not.

DO NOT GIVE HER YOUR BUSINESS.

Brought my baby in to shave off his mats. Well when I picked him up he was 1/2 shaven and covered in Nick's all over his body. I came here bc it was highly recommend by someone else who owns a Himalayan cat. They told me they could redo his belly but I'd need to sign a waiver cause if his skin tore he could bleed to death!! So I'll be taking him to the vet here on out. Oh and they quoted me 50 and charged me65. Now I don't care about the 15 infact I would gladly have paid 200$ plus a tip had they done the job right. But my poor baby looks mutilated it's not even and cuts ALL over him.

Friendly, fair and skilled groomer. Took my F1 labradoodle there today for the first time and he looks great! I can tell he had a good time too. Will definitely be a regular here. Groomer did exactly what I asked for and she did it very well ?

I absolutely love Kat Tails, the owner and staff are the best! I aways have my dogs nails trimmed here. They are reasonably priced. I am always amazed how they are able to trim my pomeranian's nails so quickly and without trauma, as he has major anxiety. I Highly Recommend this groomer but call first to be sure they are available.

I took my animal in to be groomed here... They did an AMAZING grooming job - Except for the FLEAS! - hence 2 stars. My animal NEVER had fleas until I took him to this place. Their shop is small (and dirty) but my friend recommended them so I thought I'd give them a try. I regret it 100% and had to put my animal on flea medication, fog our home, wash everything in the house... I've been dealing with flea issues ever since. Thanks for the parting gift, Kat Tails. Not. My recommendation: find another place. The hair cut isn't worth the fleas.
