We contacted Kevin after adding a very alpha puppy to our home. Our four year-old had no idea what to do with the puppy and was very reactive to people and other dogs. Kevin worked with us and both our dogs and is AMAZING. Kevin understands the subtleties and nuances of dog behavior, personalities and people personalities as we interact with our dogs. I learned a ton from Kevin, he has the patience of a saint and such a gentle way and he taught us so much. Consistency is key and lots of practice, but we are a happier family as a result. I recommend Kevin without reservation.

Kevin was able to help us teach & train our 2 puppies in just a few short lessons. Our puppies are in love with him. It’s amazing how well they listen to him and follow his lead. His teaching style made it easy for our entire family to work with our puppies and allowed us to develop skills we never even knew we needed. I’d give him 10 stars if I could. Thanks Kevin! Gus Gus & Archie are very well adjusted puppies who actually listen now. ?

Kevin is such a wonderful trainer. We first found him when we were desperate to find some help for our 9 month old GSD rescue with many challenges, with severe dog aggression being one of the most concerning challenges. Kevin came highly recommended as a trainer that specialized in Shepherd breeds. From the first lesson, we could see the effect that Kevin had on our dog and we learned a lot from him over the course of the 8 sessions. Kevin is incredibly patient with dogs and humans alike, and is very gratuitous with his time. We can't recommend Kanine Freedom highly enough!

I’ve been using Kevin since 2020 when we adopted our leash reactive rescue. Over the years he’s taught us various techniques to handle the reactivity. We brush up on training at least once a year and participate in his weekly pack walks. I’ve referred several of my clients to Kevin and they have all been happy with results!

Kevin was wonderful in helping to train my 8 month old puppy with leash walking, not barking on walks, and not being obnoxious to people coming to the door and visiting. My puppy learned a lot of skills, as well as myself, and left us with training tips to practice and use. Thank you Kevin!
